The Pale Emperor
Hello! My name is Dawn which is funny because i hated my name for years but now it fits me so well.
I've been into the occult for years now and I'm always expanding my knowledge on the matter. I am very fond of crystals and work with them a lot.
Personally i consider myself a LaVeyan Satanist but i do continue using magic especially lately sigil magic. I enjoy working outdoors when the weather permits as well as at night. I am more of a night owl than anything.
I am very intuitive and i have been developing on my empathy skills.
It's nice to be here!

lavey's views are pretty spot on and i would like to say i do live by a good majority of what he has to say in his books(though i've only read the satanic bible and some of his second vol.). i just find it refreshing that i'm not the only one. every time i mention it to people they always get weirded out asking if i sacrifice animals(which is also amusing) from what they see in movies.

i know he wrote more books but i only found the second vol.

I've only read the satanic bible and bits and pieces of his other books i have a lot more reading to do. But the basics i find i have always believed in and Satanism is just a label for them. I read the The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth to my sister and when i told her they were from satanism she said "Wow i didn't know i was a satanist! These make so much sense!"
It's hard getting people to understand. I mean i shouldn't have to hide my Sigil of Baphomet necklace when I'm at work, but i do. When I'm not at work though i wear it proudly.

if i'm correct he made i want to say 4-5? books. one being the satanic bible, bible vol.2, i think witch craft, and something else. either or his views are pretty much i want to say a good majority of people live now a days without even realizing it. you could read people his rulings and people would agree without knowing it was from satanic religion. a friend of mine on here introduced me to another author who also talks about satanism but in a more spiritual view than lavey. he has talks a little about spiritual stuff in his books but not a lot. i'll have to ask her what the book was called. with the work thing it's a hit or miss. i wouldn't hide it if that's your religion. it's like seeing crossed everywhere. it's kind of pushed on people and as long as you're not pushing your beliefs on someone it shouldn't matter what you wear, but then again that's how i feel about body piercings and tattoos at work 4laugh

I'm with Dawn on this one... I wear a stylized seven pointed star (which few people even recognize as a pagan symbol) instead of a pentacle because it would just cause so many problems in the professional world. While I agree that it shouldn't matter, the fact is that it does in some areas. sad

i mean in retrospect it does matter, but everyone is going to judge you no matter what. for me i don't really care as much. if people can wear their crosses proudly. then why can't i wear my religion proudly?

Greetings all! (@ u @)

My name is Pearly and I will be 24 years old this March!
I work at an art school and dabble in content marketing.
Even though I'm an Asian mutt, I consider myself Taiwanese.
Was raised by a Buddhist mother and a Catholic father.
I'm an atheist! With a strong spiritual side actually.

I love learning about all religions and philosophies.
My arsenal of knowledge contains information on mostly Satanism (all forms),
Catholicism, general Buddhism, and ancestral worship.
---> I hung around Asatruars for a while. O-O"

Um... I'm a rabble-rouser, trouble-maker, wild child, etc.
But I would NEVER touch an Ouija board. EVER.

I'm with you both on the anti-ouiji board thing. I've only ever heard bad things from family and friends and never ever had a good feeling when in the same room as one. (My friend had one in her sister's closet... I convinced her never to play with it.)

Sorry for the late reply - been too busy geeking out on Star Ocean 4 sweatdrop

Anyways, I'm Lucas, or Luke [insert Star Wars jokes here], but I also go by Torric for reasons which I'll explain in another thread as to not let this one go off-topic (unless stated otherwise). I'm 31 years old and a prior service member of the US Army (I was a 25U [Signal Support Specialist], which basically means I maintained radio connections to and from the BN vehicles and network connections to the PC's and laptops. And no, I never shot anyone or been overseas.)

Also, I'm an experienced gamer - from DnD to PC to PS3. I'll play just about anything except Call of Duty - I'll strangle someone with my PS2 controller wire if they utter that travesty around me.

Please - feel free to ask me anything I probably left out.

'Ello!
I'm Kelsey, though I enjoy being called Kase or Rae.
I'm 23 and currently finishing my business degree.
A little about me, outside of witchy things: I'm a freelance writer, I love movies, and I'm a prime time tv-holic. I also love anime, learning, crafty things, reading fanfiction, being a guru, and playing video games. (There's more but these are my day-to-day).
I'm an "eclectic" witch, so to say. I'm not really one for sub labels - so let's just say I'm a witch and move on xD.
I identify close to both Celtic and Norse 'religions'.
I practice tarot. I also use Oracle and Karma cards. Besides cards, I also use a pendulum, runes, numerology, astrology, and even bibliomancy.
I love anything to do with crystals, herbs, chakras, and general correspondence stuff.
I have always been fascinated by the unknowns in life.
I'm Empathic, and have some third eye abilities, or "psychic" I guess, when it comes to the dead. (Not like "Your mom is here with me ... " Kind of stuff... It's really hard to explain and I just haven't explored it enough myself u_U)
I'm part of the vulture society, or "vulture culture."
Research is a hobby of mine, so I'm always a well of information. Useless and not.

If you would like to know anything more about me, subjects, etc feel free to message me!

&&Keep learning, always <3.
