Zero the Crimson You know, we never do get a last name for him. And I highly doubt it's "of the dessert/sand" That reminds me, we do get to see both of Gaara's parents, so it raises the question...how exactly are Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro related? Are they pureblood siblings or are they half siblings...were any of them adopted, because no matter how you look at it, with the parent's given genetic traits, there is no reason that all three of them would have different hair color to that extent. Yeah we do see their parents. Garra's dad looks a lot like him but more rigid while his mom was a brunette. So it's not too much of a stretch for Temari to be a blond in the family as it occurs for some brown haired parents. But then again this is an anime in which hair color can get really ridiculous.

True, I mean it is the only place where Pink, Green, and Blue are natural hair colors. And I'm not talking black that has a blueish hue, I'm talking Mudkip blue!

Yeah, there are kids in this school with Pink hair and it's the most natural thing ever, but a kid comes to school with blonde hair and suddenly it's the end of the world.

Or they freak out like they've seen something rare. For some reason in every manga I've read, anyone with European descent all the guys and girls go crazy over. It's a very common plot point for some reason.

Plus there's something about people dying their hair blonde to look like delinquents, but I'm not all to sure what the deal is with that.

Zero the Crimson Ah, I see. So to them, it's rebellions, but to most people in the US, it's more of a fashion trend.... Pretty much if I understand there high school system. But I find it strange how much Japanese kids try to emulate American culture and seem to make it look cooler.

Very strange..especially when you consider that American kids try to emulate Japanese culture and tend to make it into a train wreck. sweatdrop
