Of her siblings, Chuckles was the hardest for her father's followers to find, the cultists having found her basket too late, and the young walker wandering from its place to seek prey to hunt, traveling far from his brain washed follower's secluded valley. By the time they found her, she was sharp and keen witted, capable of understanding that she could not take them down on her own, so instead leading them through traps -- though easily avoided due to her age and inexperience at making them). When they finally captured and charmed her, it took a journey of three months to return her to the Valley of Madness for reeducation.

The more stable and sane of her siblings, her uncharmed father saw her as possibly the most useful of tools -- charmed so she can develop loyalty toward the cause, and capable of safely socializing and seducing targets for brainwashing into the cult of chaos, or to be born within it as soon as she was of age.

She never managed her father's charismatic charm, physically incapable of smiling and instead creating a disgusted sneer, and her ventures out to socialize with outsiders to try and seduce them into the fold fell flat -- she had no will or real interest in breaking minds, no delusions that her father was the god he claimed to be, and the Non-walkers were more interesting to watch as is than to try and drive to insanity. With the blood of the Angeni, she couldn't bring herself toward causing ill towards others.

And so her father instead switched plans -- she would seek out purewalker stallions, and bring home more offspring to be charmed and trained to do what she could not.

Her first encounter with an uncharmed purewalker stallion left her her shaken. and aware of just how unnaturally cruel uncharmed walkers were. With that, she began to plot against her father -- if he was charmed, perhaps he'd grow to love his family and see them as more than tools, and perhaps grow to love the members of his cult he had brainwashed.

Even if it meant making herself the enemy...

• Can't smile properly -- always ends up with a disgusted expression and looks grumpy or pissed off more often then not.
  
• A grump, but not exactly dangerous to the average soquili, familiar, or Kawani - She has no interest in hurting others
  
• Terrified of uncharmed (and evil charmed) walkers, especially the stallions - she does not 'like it rough'. That doesn't mean she won't end up the target of them however.
