Sera keeps pawing lightly at the ground, getting very interested in her own claw marks for a moment. "My name... is Sera...." She pulls back in to the bushes a bit, scared that she's going to be hurt. Even though the wolf in front of her... No, Stormy is her name, Sera scolded herself, was sitting, Sera was still very terrified of being near wolves she doesn't know. "Where..." She clears her throat, realizing that she was whispering. "Where is that other wolf? The one you were talking to? He can't have gotten too far, right?"

Stormy calmly replied "He walked off into the trees and he doesn't mean harm to any of us." Stormy saw the confused look on Sera's face and explained " I have the ability to create barriers to protect myself or other wolves and when I do that I can get a feel of what the other wolf is feeling whether it is anger, hunger or sadness."

Lane leaned forward listening to Stormy's power. It was nice to know she could tell his true feelings, he'd make sure to be careful not to lose himself again. Figuring he had hidden long enough he got up and easily strode through the shrubbery. He gave both females a glance and gave a half smile. "Is this a ladies only chit-chat?" he asked as he sat not far from them.

Sera yelps at his entrance, and shrinks back into the bushes, shaking. She could feel her power building and whines softly, fighting her power. "I'm okay... I am in no danger... They can't hurt me..." She whispers to herself, feeling the calm sink into her bones and settle there, her power temporarily neutralized. She slowly pokes her nose back out. "Could you... please announce yourself next time? I don't want to hurt you..."

Lane's first reaction was to laugh it off, as if she could hurt him. But then he remembered he was powerless, but could he die? The curse must still be active but he had so much power for so long, what could happen now. He shook his head, a fast hard motion to clear his head, he was becoming lost is thought way to often. He gave a slight bow with his head to the white furred nose, "Apologizes fae, my name is L... Lane." He decided not to speak his full name, what would come of it if someone knew of him, knew he was powerless. A shiver made his body give a slight shake, the darkness of night would hide it well enough.

Sera blinks at him as she comes further out of the bush. "Lane... I am Sera..." Sera moves further out, until half of her body is shown. Her coat is pure white but leaves, twigs, and dirt make it look a creamy color. "Stormy and Lane... It is... A pleasure to meet you..."

Stormy shifted her stance she was antsy to get back to her pack she had been gone for almost a full day. She spoke up and said " I don't mean to sound rude but if either of you want to join my pack I need an answer now, and it will take me about a day to reach my pack lands, neither of you can follow me yet I have to set up a meeting time and place for my alphas to meet you if you do decide you want to join."

Sera finally exited the bushes completely, curling her five tails. "No thank you." Her voice is stronger as she shakes out the dust in her fur. "I apologize but I have neither need nor want of a pack. I live alone out of necessity." She sits on her haunches but all of her muscles are keyed to either flee or fight. "Bad things happen to other wolves when I'm around." She smiles sadly then stands again. "Good night to both of you. Be safe, Stormy." She shakes again then hops over the bushes, back into the darkness of the forest.

Stormy shook her head in confusion at the female wolfs strange words but she was expected back at her packs den to report in. She turned to Lane and asked him "what about you, are you interested in joining the pack?"

Lane was deep in thought about the possible pack. Many ideas and thoughts passed through his mind both negative and positive. Lane nodded his head after a few minutes. "Yes, joining a pack would be best right now." at least I wouldn't have to watch my back all the time, he added in thought.

Sera listens to the conversation, shaking her head. 'I need to find food, otherwise I am going to starve!' She thought to herself. She pads out into the forest, sniffing and keeping her ears alert. 'As long as I don't run into another wolf, I should be fine. Lane startled me and I came to close to unleashing that side of me.'

Stormy nodded her head and said "ok I will go back to my pack lands and see if my alphas can meet you meet me back here in 2 days hopefully next time I will bring my alphas with me and they will accept you into the pack."

Sera picks up Lane's and Stormy's scents as she crisscrosses the forest in search of food. She runs across another scent but as it's not food, she pays it no mind. 'Should I have brushed her off like that? I mean, it's not like I don't have better control over that side...' Sera keeps moving, finding a small stream that smells relatively clear. She laps up a few drinks, perking her ears to keep alert for noises that she should be wary of. 'That accident happened a long time ago. I have better control, so maybe I shouldn't have brushed her off. However, who's to say that her Alphas won't kill me on sight? Did my old pack even care that I had left?'

Ember calmly walked through the forest, but she was alert at the same time, listening for anything that could be a threat. She had come to the stream that was a beautiful clear spring coming from a mountain nearby, and as she walked along an unfamiliar smell came to her nose. It was wolf, but it was of one she didn't know. Trying to keep her fur lying flat she came around a tree to see a white wolf with five tails lapping at the water. Ember stood there watching the wolf until she noticed her, Ember didn't make any threatening moves, she didn't want to scare the wolf away...not unless she proved to be hostile herself. "Hello, my name is Ember, I'm the Alphess of the False Blood pack...are you lost? Do you need a place to stay?" She didn't make any steps closer for fear of accidentally chasing the wolf away.
