Teela blinked but otherwise remained silent as she followed him up to the kitchen. Slently she hopped up onto the counter next to him and watched him. Once again noticing his broad frame and quickly looking away with a light blush. "Where exactly are you from Davian? And why did you buy me if you do not want me to serve you?" She asked directly and calmly merely curious.

"But since you have asked I will tell you." he set the glass down on the counter. "I am from the planet Armageddon located in the Ultramarine sub-sector Kronus. The year 41,023rd Terra years. I will skip my boring life story and to how I believe I came to be here." he paused for a second as he clasped his hands behind his back and his golden eye focusing on her. Its stare penetrating. " I was on the world of Dathos when I was brought here. We had been hounding the enemy positions for days with our artillery guns when my company was finally given the order to attack a strong chaos presence in the ruins of a major hive city.I see it as my company's greatest moment. Our tanks rolled over the enemy crushing there positions. Me and Sera where tasked together as a single unit due to a temporary alliance we had with the eldar to defeat the threat of chaos. It was when we approached a shrine to the Emperor when the s**t hit the fan. Reports screamed across the Vox of deamons leaving the warp and that my company was to reinforce a nearby position. So I had to say my goodbyes to my elven allies and rush to the other soldiers. It was there that I must have been sucked into a Warp portal cause the next thing I knew was that I was face down in the dirt on this planet. Supplies and imperial guard weapons cast about me." He said calmly retelling the story before turning his back to her. "As for you, You reminded me of some one I knew and so there is a familiarity about you, But the only difference was she was a soldier and not a dancer." he said picking up his glass and downing the rest of its contents with the backwards tilt of his head.

At his statement Teela laughed having to hold her stomach from the force. "I'm sorry I'm sorry its just... dang you either don't know me at all or you just didn't bother to read my background. Cuz if you did you would see that for starters yes I am a dancer because it is something I enjoy however while I am a dancer the charade of fearing the opposite gender is completely a ruse. I was bred into slavery yes. However you, my dear master, have yet to ask which branch and from which family therefore telling you have a lot to learn about this here world. I would love to teach you but I believe the goal is to get you back to your star crossed compenheiro. And honestly we have approximately 12 months to do it before I am re-entered into the market for my next master. At the end of the day Davian you may have been a warrior in another world but here you are as much of a mutant as the vampires. Simply because you aren't from this world. I can honestly say that on THIS world I am the normal one and YOU are the mutant. Because no matter what the norm is on your world your on mine. And accepting the situation is your first step to going back home and never having to look at me with the disgust you have on your face right now." She stated slipping off the counter to stand across from him feet brace shoulder length apart as she crossed her arms over her chest and leveled her gaze at him.

"there is a reason you know as to why I live up here or lived up here before by myself " he said crossing his own arms across his chest and staring back at at Teela.To him her gaze was that of a puppy looking at its master while his was that of a trained officer and one that was ice cold it could turn fire to ice. But davian did take a step back. The distance at which she kept herself to him always astonished him since he was use to people keeping there distance from a commisar.

She smiled her eyes angelic before her smile suddenly turned to a cold and very chilling evil smile. "There is one thing you should know about me before we continue this conversation. I may look cute and cuddly on the outside but on the inside my dear master," she paused and moved closer her lips right at his ear brushing his skin, "on the INSIDE I would murder you and never think twice. THAT is the kind of enemy I am." She stepped back again and her face became innocent again as if nothing had happened. "So why did you stay here all alone in your lonesome?" She asked taking a knife from a drawer and twirling it through her fingers absentmindedly.

"Do not threaten me." he said his voice hostile and cold as he turned on his heel. He picked up his glass and set it in the sink and filled it with just normal tap water. This girl wasn't scary not even a touch though she was a mutant in his eyes he had seen worse and had the scars to prove it. Though he was glad she had at least a bit of fight in her if it ever came down to it.

Teela's smile was cold. "Oh that wasn't a threat. That was an explaination. Just so you know exactly what kind of ENEMY I can be. Last time I checked WE are allies therefore I am a valuable ASSET to you." She stated continuing to twirl the knife in amusement.

Teela stared at him and finally everything fell neatly into place. He had had no intentions of staying here. His rescue of her had merely been a ruse to get what he wanted and then she would once again be at the slave trades mercy. However there was nothing she could do. There was never anything she could do. Disappointment crossed her face and she looked away her face showed anger but her heart ached she had only ever wanted a good master that would want her and give her a purpose. However this male was just like any other vampire. He took her in, used her for whatever he needed and got rid of her always, never missing a beat. "You are just like everyone else." She told him quietly. It was neither insult nor challenge merely a statment. "I'll help anyway I can. That's all will do. The rest is yours alone." She turned and was to the hall when she paused and turned. "Oh and since you are leaving I would appreciate it if I was returned.to the trade before you leave. Gives me a better chance at finding someone who can love ME." She added is was merely a request. Her eyes were dead now. No fight left in her she was a shell nothing else.

"My intention is not for you to return to that place but to come with me but if that is your wish then I shall do it before I leave." he said as he watched her leave to her room. Davian made for his study. Inside he assembled a group of books written in low gothic and began to read trying to find some way back once again to his world.

Teela heard him but she couldn't bring herself to answer. She had no place with him. He would always see her as only a mutant and although it didn't bother her all that much she still couldn't see herself ever having a place with him. "I have no wish to go back... I wish to stay with you." She said aloud when her door closed. She sat on her bed and pulled the cover down. "Only one way to find out how to do this." She stated to herself with a deep breathe she curled up her head resting on the pillow muttering a small prayer she fell asleep and began to dream. She was waiting under a tree. She looked around for Her. A flash of light and She stood before Teela. Amirisa. The overseer of the unknown. A portal to another world. Tell me how. Teela told her with a bow. What Once was lost can be found The one that's free but can be bound With Dark comes light With death comes night The Moon Your Bond A Fight. Was her reply before she vanished in a blinding light. Teela started and looked around. She stood atop a hill. Chaos, Death and blood surrounding her. "Davian?" She called but her voice was not her own. It was anothers. Davian!" She called again as she began to weave through the mass of bodies she called him again and again searching blindly for what she knew would end with no answer. Suddenly from the mass came a small demon. It attacked and Teela acted out of instinct pulling her sword and slashing through him. The creature vanished and was replaced with... Davian but something was off. He was angry hatred seeping off of him. Betrayer a voice whispered. Exiled it whispered again. She warded off blow after blow. "Davian! Stop! Stop! Its me Teela!" She was shouting. But he continued finally his blows knocked her weapon away and he shoved her to the ground. "No! Davian!!!!" She screamed as his sword came toward her. Teela's screams where echoing around her her body convulsing on her bed as she dreamed unable to be awakened she thrashed wildly in attempt to awaken but she felt as if she was slipping farther and farther away... life fading changing... darkening..

As a man rushed to Teela's side his golden eye surveyed the girl on the floor. She was convulsing terribly . The man reached her and picked her up in his arms and shook her. "Wake up Teela Wake up." He shouted his voice laiden in gothic and English tones as he yelled. "Wake up Teela Wake up." he roared shaking her again and again. A prayer of power reached his lips. "Benevolent God-Emperor, hear my prayer
In honor I have served You, willing and without thought
I have fought in the blood and the mud of a thousand worlds
In Your name, have I smote the enemies that would stand against Your omnipresent will
Please benevolent God-Emperor, hear my prayer
Thy enemies now stand at the gate
The tides of darkness have come to destroy the bastion of the faithful
Their words are lies, filled with death and contagion
Their masses seeth before our mighty walls
Their numbers are without end
I am but one small guttering candle flame standing before the gathering storm of the Dark
I will not be able to hold with out your help"The socket that held the robotic eye began to run red with blood that dripped down his face. His eyes closed once and reopened solid black ords as he was transmitted into Teelas dreams. He found himself just mere feet from her being strangled by what looked like himself. Instinctively he ran and tackled the impersonation of himself from teela.

"Davian!!" Teela screamed again. She could just barely see there was now two Davians. "Davian." She whispered. Suddenly she felt tuugging as if her body was beckoning her. "Davian, the pull." She whispered struggling to stand and stumbling around. Her sight was fading everything growing dark. Get back... can't fight... a dream... she thought then pointing her face skyward she screamed as loud as she could "MASTER!!!!!" Before she blacked out completely she jerked awake Davian was... holding her? No his shell. "Master. Master Davian." She said shifting and taking his face in her hands. "Master Davian! Wake Up! Wake Up!" She said unaware of the tears rolling down her face. "Davian wake up! Davian Please!" She was screaming shaking him and crying as she pulled him against her chest and rocked calling his name over and over. Begging him to wake up. Finally she gave him a soft kiss on his lips and whispered in a strained voice for him to come back to her.

'good she made it out of here.' he thought as he rolled backwards and into a combat stance a combat knife in his hand facing the other him. "What do you want from her." he yelled at the being. suddenly the being transformed it's self into a visual image that davian had seen before. It was a demon one that had he had tangled with before. "such time has passed." it said in a lustful voice. "the only man to have ever escaped my charm and live." it slowly approached and davian stared it down. "well your not going to get the chance to catch up." he said slitting his arm with the knife. The demon roared after him as he disappeared from the plane and back to his body. The first thing he felt was warmth encompassing his face. "Welcome back Teela." he said pulling his face away from her chest. Blood ran freely from his socket along with a new wound across his bicep on his right arm.

"Shut up." She ordered and taking his face she kissed him her tears flowing down her face. She kissed him like he was like her passion anger fear and every. Other emotion she had flowing into the kiss. She didn't release him at all until she felt she could let him without fear of him leaving her alone. When she did stop kissing his lips she stared at him her eyes haunted with grief and fear she buried her face against his shoulder holding him tightly. "Don't scare me like that ever again!" She said again lifting her head only to kiss him again. She couldn't bear the thought of being alone and she would do everything in her power possible to keep him close. "You will not leave me. You will not you will NOT." She told him her tears flowing faster as she held onto her master.
