That thread looks great, Sari!
If you don't mind a suggestion: you could combine the "about the ball" and "history of the ball" with the "thanks" posts, putting the former two into spoilers. That may be less confusing for people who are reading the thread and expecting information on what the thread is about rather than the ball. The information will still be there, but will be less the focus of the thread.
Also, maybe you want to leave a spot for telling people how to get achievements? I'm sure there will be some for the event and there's always folks asking how to get them.
This was the first thread I've made so thank you! (: I'll get to work on those improvements, but someone might have to help me with the 'How to get Achievements'. I really don't care about event achievements and so am lost when it comes to how to get them. Will the Admin have a post specifying this information?

Usually it is a little while after the event has been released that anyone knows how to get the achievements so you'll need to edit it in.
For your first thread you did really great! The graphics are simple but really, really cute! I'm a fan of keeping things simple without huge flashy graphics and gaudy colours. Since this was your first thread I'm thinking the Easter thread is going to be even better!

Okay. I got a new section for Achievements. Thanks. I'm glad you like the graphics. I don't really know how to make all those "huge flashy graphics" so simple really appeals to me. Besides, I think that it looks more organized.

It does look much more organized and that is more important than making it as huge and flashy as possible. Organization is the most important thing so people aren't confused by a thread.

I'm not too sure. Because Easter is this month I don't think that the St. Patty's will run too long, but that doesn't mean they will open it earlier. Last year it started around the 15th so I think we can all keep our eyes open starting the 13/14th for an event and let each other know when it is up.

Hey guys!
St. Patty's day is on the 17th, and today being the 6th, we have little over 10 days before the holiday.
Now, if you plan on running a shop, I request you have a test thread ready by the March 11th, so that way we can get started RIGHT as the event starts. (:
It's not too late to run a shop, though! If you're not signed up and you want to, simply post what kind of shop you would like to run, and I'll add you to the list. Of course, test thread ready by the 11th. (:

I know. And I even brought my drawing tablet with me on my vacation. I was ready to draw and everything. Perhaps they thought that the puzzle thing was enough compensation. Whatever the reason, at least we didn't choose to have a St. Patty's day host club event.
