Ashe chuckled and pulled out her own wings. She jumped up and flapped her wings a few times, "Oof...It's been a few years to long since I've done this." She laughed and took a few loops in the air before going higher to look for a spot to practice. She spotted a nice large field, "There, that'll be a great spot." She held Vearon close and headed over to the field.

Volteck followed Ashe to the field. when he landed he turned away to find it was close to the garden. He kept his black with out incase there was more flying. He stayed quiet waiting her instructions

Ashe landed softly not to far off and looked at Volteck. She turned to face him and looked down at the little dragon in her arms. "...Just how far can you transform before you start relying on the little one's help?"

" everything but the body and head" he told her " tail wings and claws is all i can do. i also wanna make sure i can turn into a dragon without using his strength." he turned to face her

"Hm..." She sighed and closed her eyes. She scratched Vearon's chin and looked at him, "Let's start with that and work our way up." She put Vearon on her shoulder and transformed her hands and feet into dragon claws, and her tail appeared behind her, twitching. "We'll work on it together."

Volteck nodded reluctantly and did as she did " you should put him on the ground. he will collapse if i turn into a dragon fully" he told her sadly

Ashe put the little dragon near her feet and scratched it one more time before looking back at Volteck. "You have horns? Spikes? Try taking them out." Six horns appeared behind her ears, three behind each, a small ridge of spikes appeared down her back and tail. She nodded to him, "Go on."

" spikes i can do easily " his back becomes covered with pitch black spikes. where he fell to his knees " that hurts that should not have happened"

"Could be 'cause you're forcing yourself to go slowly. A bit at a time..." She shrugged, "Try your scales now. Don't shift your head or body, just cover yourself with scales." As she spoke, white-blue scales appeared over her skin, completely covering her.

He did as he was told. he stood up and concentrated. he felt himself getting covered in scales. once he thought it was done he opened his eyes to be covered in dark scales " im starting to get a little worried" he told her looking at Vearon

Ashe looked down as well at the little dragon, "We'll stop when he starts to react badly. Unfortunately, this is the hard part. It's harder to go piece by piece when the power just wants to finish the whole change at once. Try to go slow, concentrate on doing one part as you go. Legs, arms, face. I'll watch Vearon for you. If he starts to react I'll tell you." She picked the little dragon up again and looked at Volteck.

He nodded and closed is eyes agian to concentrate, feeling more of his body getting covered in black scales. he opened his eyes to see his hands arms and legs covered " how is he doing?" i asked with worry

"So far, so good. He's holding up." She smiled at Volteck, "You're friend is strong, go on." She started to pet the little dragon, watching the man work on his transformation.

He closed his eyes agian and concentrated again as he felt scales emerge from his skin on his face. He kept his eyes closed and awaitied further instructions

"Now, try to focus on slowly changing into a full dragon. Start at you're legs and move up. You're going to want to just change at once, but fight that. Legs, body, arms, neck, head. One at a time and slowly. I'll tell you if Vearon has any reaction."
