The real Takuya smiled at Hotaru and nodded as he made ten shadow clones and had them scatter "your right so what's the plan for us?"

Hikaru turned and threw a kunai straight at the clone, not caring anymore if it was the real Takuya or not. "get lost...!" he muttered angrily as he started going through hand signs.

That would be his chance to attack. It's best to stay low and hidden for now, possibly setting up a few obstacles and trapping him. Takuya nodded in agreement then his eyes widened a little and he sighed "seems our other squad member is stubborn he just destroyed my clone" he looked at Hotaru with a serious look "alright lets get started then in fact I have another idea as well" he made two more clones and one of them turned into Hotaru "we can use them to our advantage as well"

Hikaru jumped into a small clearing "come out sensei!" he called out "I'll fight you one on one!" he said as he pulled out a kunai and held it ready to fight.

Kisuke walked out. "Ah, so you found me. You'd be very wise to get something bigger than that kunai if your going to face me one on one." Kisuke said, unsheathing his katana, appearing behind him.

"and you would be wise not to underestimate me" Hikaru stated with a smirk as he pulled out a handfull of shuriken and scattered them around Kisuke.some in trees and others on the ground "now take this" he muttered as he tossed the kunai and pulled out his own short sword from off his back.

Kisuke sliced the kunai in half. "As much effort as you want to put in this battle, Hikaru, two words you must understand. You...Failed, even though you found me."Kisuke said ashe went straight back behind Hikaru, grabbing him and throwing him to a tree. "And just so you don't do anything sneaky..." He took some rope and tied it around the tree, along with Hikaru."

"I'm not done with you..." Hikaru muttered as he brought his hands together for a single moment "lightning style: lightning tripwire jutsu" he murmured as a huge net of electricity came from every Shuriken and Kunai piece, and surrounded Kisuke, some of the bolts tazing him as the passed through his limbs. Hikaru showed a small smirk as he struggled to get free.

Kisuke made all of the lightning disappear. "Just because you were in the top 3 in the academy doesn't mean you'll get a special treat, or fight alone. Your forgetting the one crucial step. This wasn't just about which one of you could find me first." Kisuke said sheathing his sword.

"if you're talking about teamwork then it's pointless. Teamwork backfires if all your comrads do is get in your way" he stated in an annoyed tone, glaring at Kisuke "I don't have time to be held back. I want to surpass my father and I can't do that with teamwork" he barked

Six of Takuyas clones appeared in trees having hard Hikaru's last statement to which they all disagreed. One of them released the jutsu to give the information and location of everything. Three of them quickly formed hand signs as they brought their fingers to their mouth "fire style: phoenix flower jutsu" the theee clones shot a barrage of small fire balls around him while the fourth one also made some hand signs and did the same gesture "fire style: fireball jutsu" He sent a decent sized fireball at Kisuke from above. While under the distraction of the four other clones the final clone sentiment over to Hikaru and started cutting the rope with a kunai.

Hikaru let out a small sigh and cut the last rope with a kunai he had tucked away. "your clones won't last long without the original here so hurry" he muttered quietly before stabbing the clone to relay the message. "it should work this time..." he thought as he tossed a lightning infused Kunai at Kisuke.
