"Bait." Her eyes narrowed as the word spilled out her lips bitter and angry as she said it. Slowly she slumped against a wall sliding down till she was sitting on the floor arms on her knees as she stared down.
Eventually she looked towards Bul offering a shrug of irritation. "We have the people in this room for now. Who ever else we trust... well, I guess some of the older students, 2nd years for sure can be trusted."

Riley didn't look upset at the news, because it was something that, deep down, she already understood. They were being used, and it wasn't by the school.
The face of the mayor flashed in her mind, and the sound of Hellma's voice as she tried. Tried to save them from this fate.
This problem went way farther than the school administration.
We'll get them ready. Riley murmured low, a thoughtful but dark tone underlying her thoughts. That's all we can do. For now.
But she knew.. when she was mayor, things would be different. Oh, so different.

It seemed plain enough, Nox's words at least. Though, he had to wonder who was really behind all of this, or even what was truly going on. There were still a lot of questions that needed answers after all.
Glancing between the others, Jericho nodded to Riley before staring at Sammy.
"How could you be so sure? There's a lot of us after all. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the third years are sketchy in terms of trusting," he frowned.
"Let's just get people ready.. if possible."

Did Bul appreciate the idea of being bait? Definitely not but that didn't hinder his Halloween pride any bit. If anything it improved it.
"Say we avoid violence- could one consider 'hazing' a test of loyalty? I'd certainly feel a lot safer if we knew exactly who was Halloween and who wasn't but straight up asking won't work and attacking other students is counter productive. What sort of initiation does it take to prove a loyal Halloweener?"
Amidst this dark subject Bul was not careful hiding his oncoming grin. The idea of initiation rituals Halloween style to unsuspecting snots was in itself thrilling.
There's just no way a human could survive eating a bug of Cricket's. he thought to himself.

Nox had been nodding along, and occasionally rolling his eyes, as the students discussed the problems at hand, but his eyebrows shot up at Bul's suggestion. Making a mental note to keep an eye on the knob as a possible recruit, the 'Treater checked his watch and sighed, "Right then. I'm outta here, here's my number if you need to get in touch." He didn't bother telling them that anything more from him would likely have a price tag or that prank calls would be seen as an invitation for full TOTC-style retaliation.
