Oh now between Mattie and Arthur Matti would win, unless the relationship between Al and Arthur changes.

Well, I was thinking more of a struggle for Matt's attention between Alfred and Ivan. You know? Alfred trying to protect Matt and Ivan just trying to be with Matt. Well, that's how I see it any how!
Hahaha, I see so much Alfred Arthur, it used to be cute but now it's irritating!

Ahhh like the cold war all over again.
If the storys writen well I'll go with any paring really. I ust to not like Arthur and Al but then i read a AU WW2 fic with them and it melted my heart. ^_^ And I'm tryng to read this epic AU between Al and Mattie... but it's soooo long.
Those 3 are my favs and China too so i usaly read stuff revolving around them.

Arthur and Matthew isn't fairly uncommon, actually.
And somehow I don't think you can compare the Cold War to the Al - Matt - Ivan situation...

despite the fact im going to college and love hetalia i must admit im slightly naive with the cold war. although im pretty positive it wasnt actually ever a war. it was more like "if you send off your nukes ill send mine" kinda of thing. dont quote me though. again i admit im naive with it and i know it was between russia and america

Ginger don't turn this into a history debait... I used the Cold War coment to represent the friction between Al and Iven if Al finds out about the relationship.

I'm not trying to turn this into a historical debate. I just think the two are vastly different subjects that really shouldn't be compared. The Cold War was much, much bigger than a mere disagreement and a relatively touchy subject for many. It's serious business and, in my opinion, shouldn't exactly be applied to two boys who dislike each other, whether they're the "personifications" of two countries involved in conflict or not.
Canada: Fun fact: The Cold War encompassed not only the USA versus USSR conflict but also the Vietnam War and the Korean War as well. So, yes, it's actually a war, though not many are aware of that fact. Also, the whole ordeal with Cuba and the Cuban Missal Crisis.
(Derp on my part of the names of the Vietnamese War and Korean War are wrong. Too tired to properly function at the mo)
