Weapon Of Choice: Pair of wakizashi blades/ Carbon fiber Hanbo
Clothing: Ric uses slightly worn out bullet proof vest on top of a t-shirt. He mainly uses shorts (usually with flame/tribal pattern) but he can also be seen using similar sweat pants.
He wears old snowboarding goggles with neon blue acrylic glass and white frame, most of the time they are hanging from the strap but sometimes he actually uses them. On his forehead he wears head band with ying yang symbol.
Etc: The snowboarding glasses are made of bullet proof plastic, the wakizashi are semi authentic made by a real smiths disciple:

Looks: Ric is an average size teenager (around 175cm/slim build). He looks weak but his legs have surprisingly lot power stored in them which was built by his dad's natural jumping training.
His hair is dark brown the same way as his eyes are. His skin is slightly tanned.
Personality: He is calm and determined personality. Albeit being calculative he still smiles a lot and enjoys life. However, around girls he gets impatient and hyper active. His never had a girlfriend and he is rather nervous when meeting a new female/being with a girl in privacy.
Background: He grew up with his father (private detective) in small apartment close to the Southern Quadrants border. Considering the location, it is not surprising that he equally trained outside in the woods as he did in the apartment building surroundings. Peoples of this area are usually considered "hicks" in areas closer to the heart of Tempest city but they shine brightly when it comes to skills. Ric was given the nickname "monkey king" when he was 15 (partly derived from the Chinese legend; partly from the parkour climbing guru Jyoti Raju) his skills in climbing and running are widely known in the Southern Quadrant, there is literary no place he can't reach in his block. However, unlike the children of other parts of Tempest city he hasn't had many chances to practice drops from great heights. His parental roots are somewhere in north Europe. His father was native and her mother was a Korean immigrant. However, they moved to Tempest city before he was born. His mother taught him taekwondoo until she passed away, which is after he tried to maintain his skills by practicing alone. Her mothers last words were "Live a happy life" which is why he maintains his smile and positive attitude in life even when times get rough. He lately moved into the Northern Quadrant's area, close to the center of the city. For his purposes Eastern Quadrant might have been better place, but it pays a lot more to live there. And to add, what would be better place to make black money than Northern Quadrant?

Victoria is quite used to wearing nothing at all, as she once stripped for a living and chose a life of fighting crime only out of boredom in her last job. Has gun holster attached to thigh and hidden underneath dress or hidden underneath stockings if dress is cut a bit to high and shows off thighs.

Looks: (see picture) Victoria is a well built girl for speed and not power. She once worked as a dancer of sorts and as such is very athletic. Her body is slender though a build much better suited for a dancer or for someone who wishes to be sexy. not a cop rough type body. Her skin is fair and her breasts aren't too big as to get in the way during running.
Personality: Victoria is very flirty and knows how to use her body to her advantage. She is smart and collected and can make the best strategies for success. Her lack of bodily strength has added to her personality. She isn't one hundred percent confident in her abilities as a cop, and as such sometimes shows weakness to others. She is emotional and caring, but can be tough if she needs to be.
Background: Victoria grew up a normal life going to school and doing all things normal girls do. Her family underwent hard times financially and as much as they didn't want her to have to resort to it, she because an exotic dancer. showing of her body nightly for men added up. Quite a bit of cash inflow was made for the family and as such the family was able to become secure in their financial endeavors. Victoria enjoyed dancing as the money was good and the atmosphere was nice, so many men desiring her was like a dream come true for the young Victoria. Unluckily a random stalker that loved to see Victoria dance followed her home one night and found out everything he needed to know. He waited one night for her to get off work and return home. The man had killed her entire family and stuffed them away within the house. Victoria entered the house to only be taken by surprise and violated terribly by this sick and disgusting man. After this day, the man used Victoria to gain money for himself. Basically holding her ransom and saying he would kill her if she didn't co-operate. Victoria underwent months of abuse and violation that any other women couldn't tolerate or handle. As time went by the manager of the club noticed that Victoria didn't seem to be having the same fun she used to enjoy. He did his own private investigation and found out the sick secret at her home. Letting the police handle the situation the club owner saved Victoria's life really. After seeing the police in action...Victoria couldn't help herself and decided to dedicate her life to that of justice.

Weapon Of Choice: Throwing knives, nano-suit
Clothing: (see picture) Wears a tight fitting nano-suit that allows her to be freely flexible while still being strong. The suit doesn't tear, cut, scrape, or gain holes in it easily. The nano-suits main attraction is that it allows information about the land that Laura is near to be transmitted to her and made into a 3D map. This ability allows her to move faster while jumping from building to building as she has a small bit of fore-sight into just how big a gap she is about to jump. She only has wild looking hair while nano-suit is on this is because electric impulses are being sent through her body constantly.
Laura's other look when she is not wearing the nano-suit is a bit more simple, her hair falls down to a more natural position. The nano-suit can only be used for a short time and because of the fact that it increases sensitivity to touch the suit can be quite dangerous.

Looks: looks like she does in the pictures. Has an athletic body that is made for running and fighting. Grew up on the streets and as such is very strong physically and mentally. Her body is toned, but not rough.
Personality: Laura can be mischievous and adventure seeking. flirty and driven. Evil and misguided. Usually when in larger crowds or groups she remains quiet and doesn't speak unless spoken to. In smaller circles she is loud and speaks her mind freely.
Background: lived a normal life of poverty in the city. Her family has gone missing due to a crime lord that likes to take in slave type workers. This hard work that her family must endure is a testament to the will of Laura. She works hard daily to try and free them from their poverty. Until recently the family was moved out of town and because of this Laura has no way of knowing how to save them. So she decided to team up with the Daredevils and hopefully expand her horizons enough to be able to save her family.

Personality: Rook's personality is relaxed and sometimes lazy. He enjoys humor of nearly all forms, and tends to draw frequently as an artist. He is passionate about parkour, and free-running, as well as martial arts. He is mostly a man of good morals, but when it comes to buisness, he may still deal with the Dare Devils. On a day to day basis, he tends to look for something exciting to do, for his love of new adventures.
Background: Rook was born into a family with a young mother living upon the line of poverty. Though he was taken care of by his mother well, when he turned three she decided to make his drunken father make a choice, between them and the half empty bottle that he drank from. Unfortunately he chose the bottle, a piece of glass filled with a liquid that took him away from not only his problems, but his family as well. Rook was sentenced to grow up in the city, spending his life with a mother who didn't even understand him, and a brother who didn't care. His life seemed to be taking every downward turn it could find, plummiting to the bottom of moral. Each day would seem like another attempt at fixing the broken path to his ambition, and yet each day ended in failure. One day however, he discovered a sport, one which held the ideals that every hardship in life was just another wall to over come, and it was like a message from above. From that day forward, Rook took those words to heart, and began to make his way through all of his hardships, taking each day as a challenge to better himself, and his position.

Background: Viktor was a star athlete when he was in high-school and started to take on a new sport, Free-running. When his parents found at they tried, with with everything in their power to dissuade Viktor from running, as it caused him to get in trouble with the police. Viktor told his parents that Running was something he couldn't give up even if he wanted to. His parent couldn't accept the fact that their only son was becoming a criminal, so they disowned him to save themselfs fro the heartache.

Clothing: A black hoodie with lime green stripes and a skull on the front, in wich is a darker grey. A set of headphone around his head/neck (Hence the nickname DeeJay, other then his name.) Skin tight grey jeans, and arm/knee pads. He usually has a backpack with him, in wich carries whatever needed, and with straps on his jeans to keep his legs flexing he sweats rarely, but works with much vigor.
Etc: He's always blaring either techno, screamo, or electronica (BOTDF) and in his backpacks a flask, a deck of playing cards with seven jokers, a wallet usually containing stolen money (nowhere passed 70$) an a bandanna for when he needs to hide his face.

Looks: DeeJay's rather short for his age, but quick. He's got light eyes one can get lost in and a smile in wich bares a seductive-like canine tooth. His hair is decently long, and usually died from blonde, to black. DeeJay surely is something easy on the eyes, but pale, in wich is an immediate turn off/on (depending on your outlook) He's very kinda/affectionate looking, his personality agrees.
Personality: DeeJay's very well rounded when it comes to emotions, he's a kind, caring person. Also, an effectionate companion. He's usually happy-go lucky, but quiet and mockingfull at the same time. He never butt's in and is usually quiet, when he talks he's either being helpfull, or beneficial in any way, shape, or form. If he's not on the run, then he's hanging around listening to music, if others are around, telling a joke or two. Otherwise, he's mute.
Background: DeeJay grew up around a caring and carefull family. His brothers where the "disgraces" always free-running and getting into a load of trouble, dad was a cop and mom was an author.. No one knew what little Donny would be like, and no one cared. When you grew up as the youngest child, you tended to be forgotten (in his case, anyways) so he learned to care for himslef and ran away from home at the age of twelve. He was taken in by his brother, in whom was later on killed by a group of corrupt cops, that's when he joined the DareDevils, who accepted him because of his brother.
Family: Jason "JayJay" passed away (just a made up character of no importance, affects my RPC in no way but the past.) Mom and Dad, he hasn't seen in years. David, joined the army and other then that, his parents where only children.

The lower part of her uniform are like skinny jeans only leather and she has black 'combat' heels.She has a pouch of throwing knives on her waist and two belts wrapped around her thighs that carry ten knives each.She has her cell phone in its own special case on her waist.

Looks: She is 5'6 with beautiful metallic purple hair that shimmers and glows almost.She has olive skin and light brown eyes to match.Her skin is very luminescent,almost like she has been bathing in Liquid moonlight.She has a tattoo of a crescent moon right above her waist.Her body is very curvy yet you can see her body is toned from intense trainign.
Personality: She is a kind girl and is extremely nice to everyone she meets,treating them like she has known them for years.She is very confident in her abilities as a medic and doesnt allow people to look down on her because of it.She is very trusting and this sometimes is a weakness for her cause she trusts the wrong people but her perception of things and people allow her to avoid this at times.She is a flirt but only with people she sees as potential boyfriend material.
Background: Tsukino was born into a very loving family with a police history.Her father was one of T.C.P.D's best officers and he made them very proud to have him as a ally.He put away alot of criminals before deciding to settle down and have a family with his girlfriend Yuki.But little did he know a Mobster by the name of Nico di Angelo, was plotting to kill him.After Tsukino was born she was highly protected by her father who wanted to keep her out of this line of work.One day after Yuki had put Tsukino to sleep in one of the other rooms. Nico di angelo broke into the house and shot her to death demanding to know where her husband was before reaizing that killing her was even better than killing him.When Zen arrived home he found his wife dead.Tsukino grew up without a mother and bitter towards the man who killed her.Her father trained her in various things after she expressed her feelings about joining the force.Soon she graduated and joined the Force with the intentions of getting her revenge.

Everything is fine except for two things: 1) it's T.C.P.D.; Not T.Y.C.P.D. 2) Your energy would be 375 since Medics get a quarter boost in energy Fix that and you're good to go.

Clothing: Katherine wears very little, a tight jacket pealed down to use her assets if she needs to, a short skirt for freedom of movement. Her long slender legs are protected with high black boots, keeping her skin from becoming too rough from all the rolling. The ribbons from her burette dance as she silently moves across the city. She keeps her tonfa across the back of her waist for easy access and to keep from adding anything to her silhouette.

Looks: At 5' 8'', the beauty isn't the most intimidating, so she tries her best to never let her enemies see her. She loves the night, her porcelain skin a stark contrast to her long raven locks. This girl isn't the fastest or the strongest, her running needing work. She trains each day to better herself, and her toned body reflects it.
Personality: She isn't exactly the warmest or sweetest girl in the world, and she defiantly isn't the kind you'd take home to mom. After what she's been through, she doesn't much care for people and instead chooses to go it alone. But Kat knows that she needs others for various reasons, so she sticks it out with em. She also notices the way her outfits get her noticed and as she's grown older, begun to use that to her advantage if need be.
Background: Katherine was just any old girl until she was sixteen years old. The DA's office came under investigation for investment fraud on a city wide level. There were powerful men, wasting government money on fake homes and liquidating the assets. Katherine's father was set up as the patsy, but before the police followed the paper trail, he got smart and went to a private d**k. The little troupe wasn't too happy and offed the P.I. and her father. With her mother having divorced her father several years earlier, Kat would have been shipped out to a new city but instead she choose to run. She hit up small time targets to get by, and with the police action in the city directed toward some dangerous gang, she managed a life.
