He looked at her feet concernedly, then looked back up at her "It looks like a lot of hard work and determination on your part."

Teresia nodded. "Yes, it is rather difficult. But I suppose that if I'm not married, I can expect to keep working like this." she gave a dry laugh. "I suppose that this is my future. I don't think a husband would be possible for me." Teresia stared off into the distance wistfully. It seemed for a moment as if she were talking to herself, rather than Clause.

He gave her a puzzled look, "And why would that be? You are talented and beautiful, and pleasent to talk to. Certainly someone must fancy you?"

Teresia's eyes widened, and she turned to look at Clause in disbelief. "Beautiful? Oh no, not at all. I'm not all that attractive." she said, waving her hand dismissingly. "Talented, perhaps. Interesting to talk to...well, I'd think most suitors would be rather scared off by a girl who opens her mouth too often. After all, aren't most suitors looking for an obedient housewife? I do believe that a man would find woman who speaks her mind to be too troublesome as a wife." Teresia said, looking down at her feet.

"Perhaps they have all gone mad, or stupid. I say it would get awefully boring if you were married to someone who only spent their time doting on them or the house or what not. You wouldn't even really know them then, they would just be someone you saw that suited your fancy. In that case what's the point of marrige at all?"

Teresia shrugged. "Money? Breeding? Status? I suppose that's really all there is to marriage...I think love is more of a bonus than a concerning factor in such a subject. My mother hasn't really pushed for me to get married, she's glad that I'm dancing. It was her dream to be a dancer, so she tried to get me to live out her dream. Luckily, I discovered I have a passion for dance myself." she smiled. "I suppose marriage isn't everything, but it certainly would be nice, wouldn't it?" she poked a stray pebble with her toe.

"Indeed it would, though we both know you have far better chance then I with marrige." he said kind of chuckling "Well personaly I think if you are happy here dancing then you should dance. We over hear the worst conversations of the ladies that come to see the preformances, none of them it seems truley like their husbands much. They just stay around for the money, I think that would be the worst of a life to be trapped with someone you hate, and to think that they believe we are worse off underneth them."

Teresia covered her mouth. "Oh, I'm so sorry, Clause. I sound so selfish, talking about myself when I have so many oppurtunities. I apologize." she stared intently at a nearby shrub, taking in everything he said next. "Yes, I do think marriage sometimes does seem rather...restricting. Although falling in love, real love, would be beautiful." Teresia sighed happily.

He shruged and waved it off "I don't mind, really it's nice to talk about such normal things. We don't usually talk of relationships, well except Alexandre.." thinking of the hyper phantom made him smile. He nodded to her statement "It would,"

Teresia gave Clause an amused smile. "Alexandre, you say? I suppose he's a bit of a romantic, from what you say." Teresia giggled behind her hand. "Real love..." she sighed. "Not like Romeo and Juliet, though. I don't believe that they could actually fall in love so quickly, do you?" Teresia turned to Clause as she said this.

"Yes Alexandre is, hrm I suppose romantic. I'd say he bounces off the walls, but he does seem to fancy some stage hand or something or another." he tapped his chin to her question " I find Romeo to be rather rash and stupid, but I suppose if you reallly felt that connection it is possible to fall in love as quickly as they did."

Teresia nodded at the bit about Alexandre, but she stopped to think about Clause's remark about Romeo and Juliet. "Hmm...maybe...although I do think Romeo was a bit irrational. But you're right...maybe it is possible in certain cases." Teresia cocked her head to the side and shrugged, before reaching up to undo her hair from its bun - it was beginning to irritate her.

"On an off note, when is your next preformance? I'd certainly like to attend."

Teresia thought for a moment. "I believe it's in...four weeks. Possibly five." she smiled. "I would like it if you attended my next performance very much."

He smiled "Then I will make sure to be there."
