And that reminds me, the Renaissance Festival is going to be opening soon. Fair food galore!
(Adds turkey legs to Cirque du Gothique menu...)

I took my uncle's turkey leg when I was five. Ever since then my brother and I will share one at the fair. I've been to my state's Renaissance Fair a few times. I got to preform there the three years I went. Pretty cool. :3

That is cool! heart I've been going for years. When I was still in high school I helped my mom out who was with the handspinners there. My best friend and his wife actually got married at there. It was right after the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie came out and our Faire's Captain Jack crashed the wedding when the King and Queen came by to congratulate them. They marched in the parade too, and had special seats at the Jousting Tournament. 3nodding The bride and her party were dressed as gypsies and the groom and his party were all dressed as pirates.

It was pretty awesome. And they got tickets and game coupans and such to give out to guests, so it really wasn't as much as it seemed price wise. Well worth it. (and much better than my stupid wedding, but that's a rant and a half. stare Short story is I had no money for the wedding I had wanted, decided to just elope and ended up getting married in my Grandmother's back yard because she wasn't going to stand for that sort of thing. Ended up getting MY day taken away from me. Morale: Do what you want and damn everyone but who you're actually getting married to. xd ) I can see piratey dance costumes. There's a lot that you can do with that style. 3nodding

XD I plan on doing a renewing my vows later in life where I can have a nice ceremony like the wedding I want. I have to go to class soon. Bleh... College is urgh. We plan on redoing ours for our tenth or twenty-fifth anniversary. And certain relatives of mine will not be invited. talk2hand I want to go back to college. xd
