"dont worry ill just be sure to buy a lot for food so you dont eat me out besides sounds like you have enough problems"Quinn says washing his own plate "you know your the guest i was suppose to clean your plate just so you know for next time"Quinn says smiling at her trying to cheer her up "im sure your a real jerv'athi and if it makes you feel any better your the nicest fake one i know but i guess that doesnt count for much since your the only one i know but if i meet another one im sure you'll be nicer... unless that ones nicer nevermind"he says stopping himself since he was starting to randomly ramble

 lirilain blinked at him a bit with her dark, large eyes as that made it through her still sleep-fogged brain. then she chuckled lightly "alright, i get the point....i will try not to brood since i don't even have a headache at the moment" she said with a small secret smile as she looked around to see where she should put the plate "and it's habit...sorry" she said ruefully as she handed it to him. sighing, she rubbed her left shoulder, that hand in a fist on her hip as she looked out of the kitchen with her head to the side. grimacing with her face away from quinn, she was unaware her neck had tightened enough to tell him something was wrong as she kept rubbing her shoulder. "damn..." she said softly, remembering she needed to get her key...then walk to mewmie's to get her bike back "if it's not gone or vandalized by then..." she muttered unknowingly aloud, oddly comfortable around quinn
hearing a noise outside a window, and a fuss being made in the halls her eyes went wide "oh s**t, i forgot about them...!" heading unerringly to the window, she opened it up to let in a huge raven that croaked harshly and reproachingly at lirilain "yes yes yes, shut up before i toss you out..." she muttered at the bird, bright red with the insults as the bird cackled at her. twisting his head, the raven looked at quinn with a deep obsidian eye and cackled again. lirilain blinked and sighed as her face got red again "just tell him to calm down, why don't you? and NOT to keep trying to track me when im more than an hour late! it's not like im his cub, for heaven's sake!" she called out the window as the raven left. running a hand through her hair idly, lirilain was staring out the window with an absent frown since her hair had caught her finger again.
looking over at the homework she had brought hopefully over lirilain looked undecided, knowing she needed to work if she hoped to stay on top of things. on the other hand, she could afford to slide a bit behind...no! she shook her head busily "dammit...ive got to go quinn...sorry" lirilain said with honest regret, unconsciously rubbing her shoulder again as she went to grab the books and paper. she wanted to just take the day off and work on things that night since she needed only about four hours sleep normally, but she felt she had to stay ahead in class so she can take days off if necessary in case she broke a bone or something. low in status, she felt she had to work harder to be high in class, even ahead in case of emergencies. some teachers wouldn't let her, maybe because they had a prejudice or because they weren't familiar with her race....and need to stay on top of things so she wouldn't mentally die(he gonna try to keep her there, or exercise with her? XD cuz that's what the fuss is about...lol)

 Quinn put the dishes away while curiously watching her conversation with the crow "ok so she talks to animals that's not so bad as long as they talk back i guess" he thinks to himself walking over to lirilain while she was grabbing her things noticing she seemed stressed "why do you have to go is it you homework? i could help you with it what was your conversation with the crow about? if your feel like you've over done your stay you haven't i enjoy the company and if you really do have to leave can i come with you?"he says very fast realizing how desperate he sounded his face turned bright red from embarrassment and he started waging his tail nervously "can i come with you? did i just say that? oh wow real smooth Quinn now shes ganna think your some lonely loser with no life"he thinks to himself(haha mirror post take that society)

(hooda wadawha...? mirror post take that society?? -_- im lost...and wagging tail, got cat like effect XD) lirilain paused with her hand over the books, then closing her fist to nervously pound lightly at the table with her mental thought processes going. she didn't realize she dented the sturdy table as she stepped back "raven, actually...too big to be and more intelligent than a crow..." she replied absently, putting a single index finger against her books thoughtfully "i thought you said you hadn't attended any classes...." she started to say, then frowned "let me guess...genius, right? i live next door to a bloody demonic genius..." momentarily her shoulders slumped as she felt the pain and loneliness well up as always over how futile this sometimes seemed. she moved her head from side to side in thought before turning to quinn "do you have a hairbrush?" she asked out of the blue

(i was just bored and mad at society so yea xP go cats)
"i wouldnt say genius hell i wouldnt even say straight A student but she doesnt need to know that...at least im street smart...so its a crow and she wants a hairbrush yea thats weird but what ever ill go along with itQuinn thinks to himself "yea i do its in the bathroom on the sink"Quinn says pointing to the bathroom

"hmm...thanks" lirilain said absently, almost tripping when she felt a near-electric shock pass between them as she had to get to close to quinn to get to the door. she stopped at the threshold, her head to the side as she thought about the strange sensation, but since she was also getting her first sight of the bathroom it seemed like she was thinking on that. shrugging, she walked inside and frantic brushing could be heard. well, the fast pull-fwsh sound of hair being pulled too tight too fast. nothing else was heard for a few seconds before lirilain returned, pulling silver hair out of the brush. her hair was back in its usual single braid with her bangs hanging down the sides of her face. frowning, she almost ran into quinn but moved around him absently, the brush almost up her nose as she tried to extricate on last obstinate hair
"i don't mind if you come...it's just going to be...well, one of the few things i really enjoy anymore..." she was interrupted by an impatient squawk and she croaked back with sligth annoyance. despite no more sounds, somehow one could tell that the empty air was of shocked silence...lirilain's clear laugh ruined the moment before she giggled "hee heh haaa...he didn't realize i knew that one..." snorting, she shook her head and placed the brush at an exact 90 degree angle to the counter "alright, i guess we get to go...come on then" she said, striding smoothly out the door
waiting in the hall, she watched as quinn locked up "by the by, WHAT had you enjoyed? my eating your cooking or something...that i CAN eat as much as i claimed??" she asked, blushing a bit again while she waited for an answer

"all of it my cooking was pretty good if i do say so myself but watching you break the sound barrier with you knife and fork was priceless although i was surprised the plate was still there when you finished"Quinn replies while putting house key in his pocket "so where we goin?"

lirilain grimaced but smiled a little at the joke made at her expense he's being nice about it, down girl...no reason to try to bash him into the wall. especially if you want to stay, and not get bashed in return... shaking her head at the thought while she turned away, a small flicker of an immense and unknown emotions flashed through her eyes before they were out of quinn's sight "a wilder, less-known part of the park...where odder than normal things may not necessarily be AS noticed..." she said, heading out (you should keep doing the picture thing ^^ nice to show their contrasts XD shes pale you're dark XD)

returning from the park, lirilain took out quinn's keys and looked at them in confusion, then chose the one that looked like it was for the dorm. looking at the giant wolf she could probably ride behind her, she raised her eyebrows

 lirilain just covered her mouth with a hand as she watched quinn fall back to the ground form where he had opened the door after a few tries as a wolf. sighing, she shook her head as she followed his fuzzy a** inside. locking doors and stuff she went into the kitchen to look for some meat "you're going to want to get some energy up for trying to shift back. it MIGHT make you feel nauseas, but i don't think it will be more than sort of uncomfortable for you..." she said, rummaging around in the fridge, finding some steak. her stomach murmured, and she just frowned, her face clouded with frustration "really....?" she muttered, opening the steak

Quinn smells the meat and runs over to her on all fours excited panting waging his tail looking up at her with puppy dog eyes he jumps at her almost tackling her for the steak

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" lirilain yelped, twisting to flip around in a backwards somersault away from the giant wolf "chill, hold on okay??" she demanded, reaching for and getting a knife to open it up and toss him one "mind if i have one...?" she asked a moment later, eying quinn carefully since he was following the wolf patterns pretty closely. she knew as female she technically had feeding rights, but she didn't know quite how much quinn was in control of himself "apparently a wolf is close to your totem or spirit animal or whatever, if not it...you're really close to real wolf behaviors..." she said, hearing long legs growl at quinn since he could sense lirilain was hungry "oh, shush...ill live" she told the timber wolf with some frustration, waving the pack "ive got these..." looking around, she sighed and tossed long legs another steak, then got some cereal out for the raven, looking at quinn apologetically "nothing at my place, sorry..."
