I was thinking that, because of the massive variation that Demons can be, that they would ultimately be the most flexible, in terms of having more custom attacks and abilities then anyone else. When I first joined the guild I was intending on using one of my stock characters, but he is an alien race that I have made-up, and that is currently a no-go here. So I was thinking that I could possibly use a loop-hole to get him in by calling him a demon instead.

Calling him a demon would work. Demons are probably the vaguest race in the guild.
I'll allow more made ups. It will be set up so they can create made ups more frequently than majority of others. Then the extra would make up for what they lack

I have a quick (and probably retarded) question about West City Academy. When it says you need to create your own instructor, is it mandatory to have a profile for that instructor?

No profile, just make someone up to teach you.

Damascus Forge I'd like to make the case of the Genki Dama for the usage of only (on the good side) that Lawful Good characters can use this. I believe that Chaotic Good would be better fit for it. As Goku and the Z warriors from Dragonball Z fall under this alignment due to the fact that while they fight to protect the Earth, they follow their own rules on how to do it. Lawful Good characters follow the law and while Lawful Good characters folow a code of conduct - be it a personal one or a set of laws, and that an ideal world comes from promoting this dualism of structure and benevolence. Laws can inherently hurt society. Take for example a hundred years ago. Segregation was common. Infact it was the law. However people fought against the law so they would be considered Chaotic Good. While Lawful Good is a good character trait, it is not necessarily right. A law can be good but not all good comes from the law. I believe the Genki Dama would judge a person not if they followed the law, but if they are inherently a good person. Much like Spike The Devilman's Devilmite beam destroys a person because of the negative energy within them. Not if they followed the law or not. Spirit Bomb will be available to those who travel to North Kai. Lawful good and Chaotic evil are gone

Okay, questions on Absorption and Naturon Dragon.
Absorption. Is there any set rate of how much or how fast draining can happen? Like 500 per post of maintained contact, or ever-increasing amounts?
As for Naturon's Absorption. I assume to absorb someone/something contact must be maintained for a full post, if they can't break free, they are absorbed. So how would the stats reflect that?
Like this?: Naturon is at 4000 4/4/4/4, target is at 2500 4/4/4/4
Absorb success, Naturon at 6500 8/8/8/8?
Later releases victim, Naturon stays at 6500 8/8/8/8 but loses techniques?
Or goes back to 4000 4/4/4/4?
And a question about all the Dragons. Since they are unique, is there a limit of one of each at a time?
If not, what would happen if two Naturons both absorbed a target, then one Naturon absorbed the other?

As for the a absorption I'd say draining starts at 500 and 500 keeps adding on per consecutive post in contact. So if you hold an opponent for two post it will drain 1500, 500 for the first post and 1000 for the second. But when let go of the count starts over.
Contact for a full post would be right for Naturon. Your stats would change how your example is shown. And you'd go back down when releasing a victim. There is only one of each dragon so there won't be any absorbing other Naturons.... Unless there was a Bios Naturon and in that situation whoever get absorbed would get it all. It's unlikely that someone will think to create a Bios Naturon though.

For androids that absorb Ki, what can they use it for besides the basic defense. Can it be allocated to stats temporarily or what?

V1 can use it offensively/defensively, V2 can use it defensively. They won't be for stats unless you make it so using made ups.

If I write 1200 words, and spend it on two stat points.
So 600 each. Do those 1200 words still go into my KP pool? or are they lost for the stats?
Same question for the monies. Does that only go for monies, or will it be added to my KP pool as well?

Junior Division and Adult Division which you join based on skill level not age. Then if you get through both your a world champ I suppose.

Once we get enough World Champs, we should have a third tournament, and then start a headband type thing like ROTS. So people can try and "take the title" from the winner and the second place. whee
