zero down Tsukino16 Clan name: Kazuki clan Name of Bloodline:Kokoro no me(Mind's eye) Stages: First stage: User is just learning how to use thier kekkei genkai and can only use the basic techniques that are supplementary and not so offensive styled Second Stage: User is capable of now utilizing the special ninjutsu revolving around The Kagura eye technique and also can enter minds using the unique movement of thier eyes.To gain this stage user must have had a person enter thier mind and activate the ocular defense ability. Apperance of eyes:The clan members with the kekkei genkai usually have bright amber colored eyes.There enemies are easily decieved when the Kazuki clan members use there kekkei genkai because there eyes dont change color or apperance like the uchiha clan. Clan Techniques: Stage 1- Name:Kokoro no me- phase 1 Rank:C Description:User is able to locate people based on thier chakra.At this level user can only find people within a certain area, meaning if thier in a village they can only locate people within that area. Name razz iercing eye Rank:C Description:User moves eyes in a triangular pattern in order to attack one of the enemy's five senses.Can cause them to go blind or be unable to hear etc.Also skilled users can attack all five senses in order to temporarily stun the enemy. Name:Ocular defense Rank:C Description:When a enemy tries to enter the users' head to gain information,the user is able to instead gain info on them while they read the users mind.The user when caught uses this ability to shield any information that is important.Ex. Inoichi tries to read the users' mind but instead of finding what he wants a large eye behind him is gaining info on him. Name:Controlled body Rank:B Description:User is able to control every part of thier body using thier mind which gives them the ability to simulate a healing factor.Can only heal themselves of minor to severe injuries but cannot repair body parts that have been removed. Name:Eye of fear Rank:C Description:User does the tiger handsign in order to create a illusion of thier enemies greatest fear. Name:Eye of cloaking Rank:C Description:User uses thier abilities to temporarily cloak themselves from people's line of vision,basically making them invisible and can use this in conjunction with the chakra suppression eyes technique in order to completely conceal themselves from even the byakugan. Stage 2- Name:Kokoro no me-phase 2 Rank:A Description:More advanced form of the mind's eye technique,but user can locate anyone and knows,where they are,who they are,what chakra type they are,and see the enemy's surroundings through their eyes temporarily.Can effectivley read minds of those around them and the ones they locate.Can locate people in three villages at max but usually has to get within a certain range in order to use it to locate them better or have a item they have touched. Name:Chains of the mind Rank:B Description:User moves thier eyes in a specific pattern before entering the enemies mind in order to see the pain and struggles in thier life in order to create effective,real chains that bind the enemy and hold them in place for 2 posts. Name:Mental blade Rank:B Description: User moves thier eyes in a specific pattern in order to absorb the mental energy around them before swinging thier arms in a arc like formation forming a crescent shaped blade that can stun enemies or slice through stone. Name:Eye of body stealing Technique Rank:B Description:Similar to the mind transfer jutsu of the yamanaka clan only the user can literally 'jump' into the enemies body to take control,meaning that they place thier whole mind and body inside the enemy.User must have skin contact.This technique is stronger and more effective than the mind transfer technique because it has no weakness other than worrying about a enemy with strong will power.lasts 3 posts. Name:Healing Eye Rank:A Description:User can extend natural healing to others and inanimate objects to repair them or repair injuries.Little bit stronger than the mystical healing palm jutsu Name- Open Mind Technique Rank:A Description:User is able to boost there chakra levels,strength,stamina,agility,and dexterity.They also increase there ability to enter minds and increase their control over there body,giving them a healing factor for 4 posts. Village: Konoha Background: The clan was started by Tsukino's great grandmother who developed a technique that allowed people to open up thier mind's eye.The clan started to flourish in konoha and became well known in other countires for thier powerful tracker ninjas.They were feared for their eyes were thier greatest weapons and this made it hard for enemies to fight them without getting trapped in one of thier techniques that involved direct eye contact.The clan was then killed of by Tsukino's grandfather who wanted to absorb all thier power in an effort to control the leaf village with his power.He was stopped by Tsukino's parents but unfortunately many of the members died.Tsukino survived thanks to her parents and many others who survived became konoha's highly regarded trackers who owe thier life to the heir Tsukino because her parents final attack on her evil grandfather. Other Information : open and accepting good job, can you make some negative effects of jutsu or loopholes? I changed all the direct eye contact techniques to haveing to make skin contact,if thats ok.I also changed some of them to just moving the eyes in a specific pattern like hand signs. In the sharingan you need to make eye contact for certain jutsu so did you take those jutsu out or did you edit them in order to make things fair? confused

((I only know that god of the moon has to make eye contact, but it is also eye contact with the hand sign so it is not as bad. But yes you are approved. And I am not saying you have to change it to touch, you can use the eyes if you wish. It is just so you will not run into a problem.))

3. eye of the maze:a lottis will seem to bloom in there eyes they can control all there bloodline powers and they have a better grip on genjutsu
4. eyes of akane:spears shot off from the midal of the eye into the sides the outer is still blue but the pupolis now redthey have absulot control of the bloodline powers

Name: Mizrahi Clan of the Leaf
description: This clan was founded by Daiguran Mizrahi who was the original ninja to have the Sinergan. He was widley known for his wisdom and incredible ninja skills. After a few years he married had kids and the village slowly grew to the huge town it is today.
Ability: 1st Form. The Sinergan allows you to see the chakra of your enemy then by making eye contact you can use that chakra and compress it to make small explosions in the body. That chakra can also be used to strangle the enemy. The more chakra the stronger the attack. This jutsu can only take effect when mutual eye contact is made. If the users chakra is lower than the enemy's then the user will also suffer small damage from the usage. Damage veries depending on how long it is used and how much more chakra the enemy has over the user. It can also be used to see the chakra nature and amount of chakra used in jutsu. The users eyes turn blue with a red line horizantaly through the entire eye when in use.
2nd Form. Your eyes look the same only with another red line verticaly through them as well as the horizantal one. When this is in use, it allows you to track your enemy using their chakra and also allows the user to disrupt the chakra flow of the enemy with eye contact. 1st stage effects may also be in use during this stage. During this stage the user is unable to take his eyes off of the enemy or else the effects will stop. The user will also have their chakra constantly drained while this stage is in use and will take small amounts of damage. The damage varies depending on how long it's in use and how much chakra the enemy has over the user.
3rd and Final Form. This is the final and strongest form of the Sinergan. It allows the user to turn the opponents chakra into a time bomb and cause massive damage to the enemy internaly. It also allows the user to lock on to the enemy so the user never loses sight of the enemy and always knows where they are. The chakra time bomb can only be used once and will shut off the 3rd form. It takes 30 minutes for the bomb to set of (5 posts). Stage 1 and 2 skills can also be used during this stage. None of the effects can be used unless mutual eye contact is made. The user will suffer a bit of damage and chakra will be drained during this stage. This stage doesn't end until the bomb goes off and can't be exited until the bomb goes off. The more chakra the enemy has over the user the more damage the user will take. During this form along with the two lines through the eyes, a red ring also appears.

They are known for their special kinjutsu which allows them to use drawings to create different attacks. One of their most known and powerful jutsu is called Amaterasu's Rage. It allows the summoned Ameterasu to use her full power, but makes the summoned dog disappear faster. Some of the clan's high-ranking members serve as part of the defending team of the Sand village. The Dorokami clan also trains in some small scale sealing jutsu using the blank scrolls they carry with them. While some of the drawings are pre-drawn for battle, the Dorokami clan draw different things on the fly to adapt to the situation. Ability: Using chakra to make drawings come to life. Basic Jutsu:Great Beast Paintings (requires picture and seal)- The user draw a picture of the desired beast, or animal using a combination of ink and chakra to turn it into a jutsu.The moment the brush, through which chakra is flown, is removed, the drawn images will leap from the paper and act according to the user's will. These creations grow to life-size once they have been brought to life. (Tiger seal) Ezubushin- The user summons a clone made of ink that retains all of the users anilities and ninjutsu. Galestorm (requires picture and hand seal)- The user draws a loop and the symbol of wind ( 風), creates a strong wind from behind the user. This jutsu is mostly used as a distraction, than an attack. (Horse seal) Gekigami (requires picture and hand seal)- The user draws a picture of a basic bow and the symbol for lightening( 雷). This calls out a white bow with a red tigerhead at the center. The user can shoot their chakra through the bow and create a bolt of lightning coming out of the tiger's mouth. (Tiger seal) Advanced Jutsu:Chibiterasu (requires picture and hand seal)- Summons a white puppy with red lines resembling the son of Ameterasu and stands 2ft tall. The puppy is able to shoot small fireballs and release small flashes of sunlight. (Dog seal) Okami (requires picture and hand seals)- Summons the goddess of the sun in the form of a white wolf that stands 5ft tall. This creature is able to use fire-based jutsu and moves quickly. Aside from the jutsu, Ameterasu can use her reflector to attack the enemy. (Tiger, Boar, Monkey, Dragon, Rat, Dog seals) Okami's Rage(requires hand seals and Okami)- Calls forth Okami's fullpower, making red lines appear all over her white body. At full strength Okami can summon white flames that burn through most materials. Also brings out her roasrie beads which she can use to stab the opponent. (Dragon, Bird, Monkey, Tiger, Dog seals) Kazegami (requires picture and hand seals)- Summons a horse with red markings similar to Ameterasu. This summon has the ability to control the winds and can use them to cut through objects. (Horse, Boar, Ram, Serpent seals) Nuregami(requires picture and hand seal)- Summons a 6ft long white snake with a single red line down its back. The snake is able to shoot out pressurized water and use water jutsu. (Serpent seal) Moegami(requires picture and hand seals)- Summons a white bird with red-tipped feathers. Moegami is able to spit out fire like a flame thrower and call forth a small storm of fireballs. (Horse, Tiger, Bird seals) Tsutagami Strangle (requires hand seals)- After forming the required hand seals, the user uses their chakra to bring out white vines that try to strangle the opponent. (Ram, Horse, Dragon, Monkey, Ox, Tiger, Boar, Dog, Serpent, Monkey, Bird seals) Itegami's Ice (requires picture and hand seal)- The user draws an "X" over a picture of the target and causes them to be frozen in ice. (Ox seal) Stalagmite Trail (requires hand seals)- Makes a line of sharp rocks come out of the ground in front of the user. (Boar, Ox, Serpent, Dog, Tiger, Boar, Ram seals)

The Rein- Jigengan

Past:
The Jigengan (Dimension Eye) is an original doujutsu dating back much further then the suspected. When the Rokudou Sennin’s lineage split, creating the Senju and the Uchiha, the first true doujutsu was created. However, foul play was afoot. A group of cultists at that time who worshiped the Juubi managed to secure a fragment of the Rokudou Sennin’s body, a vial of his blood and two strains of hair. This was their idol long after his death. Living on a remote mountain island in the depths of The Land of Fire, it was hidden from much of the world for a very long time. The cult like mountain village, living in isolation from the world, was kept ignorant of most uses of chakra, and used it as crudely as possible, however with much skill due to their Kekkei Genkai.
Kekkei Genkai:
The Jigengan (Dimension Eye) itself is very mysterious, and cannot rightfully be described. To put it lightly, the eye is a protocol for communication and transport to “another dimension” using space/time techniques. Legend has it, that the Juubi originated in a world made entirely of chakra, and here he roamed in peace. However, some disturbance in this world created a “worm hole” into the world of Shinobi, which not only brought him, but a gushing wave of chakra that intertwined itself with the DNA structures of living things, giving them their own chakra and thus birthing ninjutsu. This “chakra world” exists as an area that represents what the world would be like if humans had not risen to power, at least in some areas of it. This has been coined the “spirit world” in some understandings.
Since the Juubi’s departure from that world, it has become twisted and corrupted, and the Jigengan (Dimension Eye) exists as a tie between the two, in addition to the Bijuu, which are descendent of Juubi himself. The Jigengan (Dimension Eye) allows the clan member to do many different things, although varied. The foremost and most noticeable, is the ability to draw chakra out of Chakra World, at a slow and steady rate. To someone who had the ability to see chakra, looking at the Jigengan (Dimension Eye) would be like staring at the sun.
Rules:
- Can sense the chakra of the living world around them [Can sense chakra signatures in an 30 meter radius and can tell how much chakra they have in their chakra pool. Must remain still to use]
- Jigengan requires much chakra and therefore those born with it have a higher chakra capacity than normal. [+10 chakra points into chakra pool]
- Once thoroughly trained with the Jigengan, the user will be able to not only sense chakra, but see it as well. However, once they are able to see chakra, they can never turn the ability off, so there is an constant strain on the eyes and brain of the user.
Requirement:
-One must take on the last name of Rein
-The Rein rely mostly on ninjutsu, therefore they lack strength in taijutsu, so your taijutsu will become one rank less. [A-Rank=B-Rank].
Weakness
-Using the Jigengan causes an immense strain on the users mind and body. With every use the user's mind grows more and more chaotic, and will eventually burn out.

Everything that happens in the world, happens within seconds on the outside world. In other words, five minutes in that world equals three seconds in the real world. If the target of the jutsu is one rank higher or a Jounin and above rank, they will be able to break out of the jutsu.

Description: A supplementary technique,the user concentrates on an area in front of him or her and within a matter of seconds, a small rift opens up. The rift is used to store ninja tools, scrolls, and goods. Once opened the rift will remain active as long as the user wills it to be; however, when the user dies the rift will be sealed forever, along with the contents that were located within it. No one will be able to open up the rift except another member of the Rein.

Description: This technique works by opening up tiny rifts and having them hover under the users feet. This allows the user to move at incredible speeds, faster than the naked eye can follow. When in use, it gives off the sound similar to that of a wasp flying. [Lasts for 5 posts]

this sounds like the sharingan, because it has the power to connect to the 6 path sage's power. It looks like you used Tobie's sharingan power's and gave them names. I am going to create a custom sharingan pin weal eye form, and I think It would be better if you used this for that.

this sounds like the sharingan, because it has the power to connect to the 6 path sage's power. It looks like you used Tobie's sharingan power's and gave them names. I am going to create a custom sharingan pin weal eye form, and I think It would be better if you used this for that. Are you sure? Cause I just thought of these, and I thought for sure that it did not resemble the sharingan. Oh well, lol.
