Shikairu Nara ok im slowly improving it how does it look now? It seems there is no drawbacks to it. I mean you say you can hide your chakra and such even form sensor types but if your usuing chakra it will be seen unless you have the element of suprise and attack them from behind without a byakugan activated or something. I just dont really see this working.

You need techniques not just the stages in which you can do things but techniques. Not really seeing how you can make a rock combustible or nickel into gold its entirely different things. Making swords stronger yes I can see that by adding a chakra coating in the blade but to be able to use your chakra to make it into sand like its been aged I can see that either. i hope the new edit has made it more clear. i've given a name to it already.

That should make things more clear well if you think about it so is being able to see almost 360 degrees around you or being able to put someone in a trance from simple eye contact or being able to control your bones and shoot them from your fingertips (not to mention talking to dogs and what not). Mine's at least been explained in a way where it has some scientifically back up

Profile cannot be approved until all aspects of it are complete. so until you finish and get your clan approved it cannot be approved. As for storm release you would have to make a clan just like you were trying to do.

Cogwell has already made the clan and her rpc possesses the storm release. She has already completed the form but I have forgotten to post it for her so she is redoing it. Once she is done you will have to ask her to be apart of the clan but if you do the clan is from the Cloud village.
just wait till she is done cause you have done this application wrong. the techniques need to be in the proper format which we have given you the link for.

Description: The user must first be in a calm state of mind to channel his/her chakra (this is primarily a kenjutsu as using their swords to conduct the storm release element is simpler to concentrate on and minimizes damages done to the skin.) Their sword will then emit bright light as a sign of being fully charged and ready to be casted/projected.
For the intermediates, they must summon the rightful amount of chakra (how much chakra they put in affects the power and density of the technique) and apply the energy into storm release form before they imbue upon the katana/sword as the conductor. Using the conductor, they should allow themselves into the use of "Laido" (a japanese martial art that uses smooth and controlled sword movements that draws the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. By using smooth and controlled movements, the storm release element will compose itself as the visual metaphor of a 'clear stream' and will cast itself like a projectile. The effects of the liquidated lightning will cause significant damage as it can even singe and carve ceramic stone but not completely penetrate it.
For the Experts, they still follow under the principles of Laido but have the option of conducting the storm release element through their limbs (to avoid their middle section/ torso area in case the lightning will harm their innards) and cast out the ray of energy.
The technique gets its name from how the technique portrays rays of running stream that the user casts for a limited ten strikes/ smooth movements. Hence why it is called "Clear Stream within Ten Swords"
Requirements: To have a serene and calm mind to ease one's storm. Usually, people are required to meditate before practicing this as negative stress tends to capsize the energy performed into this technique and have it end in failure.

Shikairu Nara ok so this time I added a sentence above the actual techniques of the clan but still under clan techniques. I read it again and still dont agree with them being able to do it because of nature energy/chakra around them. Like explained with sage mode it is a very hard thing to gather and mix with their spirit and physical energy and it requires a person with a large amount of chakra to do otherwise the natural energy would take them over and they are petrified.
