At that time everything went quiet. I looked down at my i pod. "********..." I slammed it down on the table and surprisingly it didnt shatter. "It's dead." I sighed.
"Excuse me, Mr Resse... Sit down and keep quiet." Her eyes twitched as his comments got to her. "And as for you Miss Cathoway..." She walked over and grabed the music player off my desk. "Leave these type of belongings at home."
I shot up. "That's MY stuff. You have no right to take that."

"I will not shut up untill you give back her iPod," i said.
I looked around the class, most of them were looking at us, hell all of them were. "I was quiet till you woke me up so now im pissed," i said.

He sighed. "That means you have to be a saint figure... damn..." He turned around then looked back at her. "Do you hear that?... It sounds like yelling and s**t." Gadge smirked. "It's been awhile since we had this much excitement in school."

I was so confused. This guy beside me was sticking up for me. Even if it was just because she woke him up, but still.
"No.. I can not do that. This gets taken to the principal." She said slightly cocking an attitude.
I was about to just go up there and rip my i pod from her wrinkly hands.

They followed the sound. the door was wide open. He heard the words the guys mouth then from the teacher. All that bullshit from an i pod... "What the hell."
The teacher held high the device. Gadge walked into class then shifted his weight to one side. "Give the girl her ********' i pod." He walked forward and took it straight out of her hands."Ugh... and I was hoping it was about more than something stupid like this s**t."

I turned on my heel and went to glare at the guy, but my breath caught in my throat. after a second i coughed and caught my breath. I crossed my arms and tried to glare at him.
"no one asked for your help," I said.

I leaned against the door watching the scene, realizing that this was the guy from earlier.
"Cool it Gadge, hes cool," i said pushin myself off the wall.
The chain on my pants tined slightly as i walked. I grabbed the ipod outa his hand and walked towards the green haired guy. "This yours?" i asked.

"Yeah right..." He through his attention to the guy who was beside the girl. Just at that moment the Kitten popped out. "So? I care why?... All you did was stand there and cause a huge commotion when all someone had to do was come get it from her..." Gadge looked over at the girl. "Sorry bout this..." He just stood there and pulled the kitten out of his pocket.

I looked at her as she was in front of him. "ummm... No that's mine." Some reason I nodded a bit... "Thank you..." I turned towards the green hair male and smiled. "Thank you too..."

I rolled my eyes then followed Cain out. I wasn't listening that he was 'cool' or anything else. That guy seemed like a stupid punk. I shook my head while putting the kitten back in my pocket. It poked out, just sight seeing.

I opened an eye to catch a glimpse as they were leaving. once they were gone i thumped my head on the desk and groaned.
