The most profitable way is to go for a bumping thread with a poll, such as this one 3nodding vote then bump, that earns you around 15 gold, on a good day i can earn 1000 gold.But then i do have unlimited polling as my post count is over 1000.
When you start out you only get 10 gold for your first few polls, and if you don't post in the thread afterwards you only get 1! but that increases as your post count goes up.
Some people do become a little obsessed with gold earning rolleyes
It's far better just to enjoy chatting with your friends and not take too much notice of your earnings, then you're pleasantly suprised by how much you manage to stash away 3nodding
When you first start out on here it seems impossible to earn anything, but you soon get the hang of it! just look at Aur lol
