Mr. Zen put the cup down a little harder then he normally would have. He stared strongly at Hatsumi. "Listen, you don't have to stay in that kind of position. There are people who can help you. I'd be willing to help you but you need to get yourself out of that position. Who ever is doing this to you has no right to lay their hands on such a-" he cut himself off before screwing himself in the long run. He seemed to have a strong oppinion on this subject but it wasn't just that. It was Hatsumi. The kid didn't deserve to be treated with such force ever.

Hatsumi gives a slight jump of surprise when he put the cup down harder then normally. He looks at him in surprise and listens to what he says, then bites his bottom lip and shifts slightly. Looks back to the table and takes a sip of it, then lets out a small breath. "Its my.. parents." He said the last word very softly, feeling rather uncomfortable admitting it. Takes a big bite of his cheesecake, not really wanting to say anymore.

His words wouldn't leave his mouth at this point. Parents...Hatsumi's own partents. I guess that would make sense why he wouldn't want to say anything at all. Of course the fear alone could of been enough. "Alirght, when do they get home from work? Well I guess my question should be when are they not in the house?"

Hatsumi swallows the piece of cheesecake and gives a small shrug of his shoulders. "I dont really know. They are home on and off and dont really have a set schedule anymore." He plays with his hands, feeling rather nervous about this topic. "They both have a job that takes them all over, so I never know when they will be or wont be home."

"You have to get out of there. I can give you a place to stay tonight. You understand you should report this." He didn't know what to say. He was hoping that offering the place would help Hatsumi get out of the situation and feel safe to talk about things

Hatsumi licks his lips slightly and shifts, blushing a tiny bit hearing him. He would shake his head though. "I... thank you for the offer but its fine. I still have tomorrow to stay at the dorms before christmas break." Though he really didnt want to go home, since he wasnt sure that his parents would be there or not. Looks at the cheesecake and pushes it a bit. "Besides you probably have someone you want to spend the break with and I'd get in the way."

Mr. Zen shook his head "No, it's just me." He left it simple like he didn't want to go into great detail about it. Truthfully he was really thank ful at this time to have some company after class. He just didn't get much of it now a days but it was what he had choosen. He had choosen to put his schooling before a lot of things and he didn't regret it not one bit.

Hatsumi looks over to him in surprise. Mr. Zen, one of the hottest teachers in school was single? He felt rather excited about that news, then shakes his head. He shouldnt hope for something between them, they were only teacher and student after all. Thats the only reason he probably cared anyway. "I see... its a kind offer, but I doubt the school would approve if they found out."

"Look, I don't give a s**t what the school thinks in this matter!" He said that quieter so people wouldn't hear but he still had a bit of a harsh tone. "You are not in a safe situation and until you feel like you are and that you have somewhere to go you're not going to want to talk to anyone about it." His eyes fluttered with anger but it was toward Hatsumi's parents for what they were doing to this boy.

Hatsumi seemed surprised by the anger he saw in his teachers eyes. He looks at his cup and spins it slightly in his hands as he thought over his words. He knew Mr. Zen was right, he shouldnt stay in the situation especially since he now had a way out of it. If he was honest to himself he would like that, he was tired of the abuse and fear of his parents. After several moments of thought he nods his head slightly. "I would like that Mr. Zen... if your sure then." He looks at him a bit worriedly, not sure if he meant his words or not.

Mr. Zen's eyes softed up a bit when Hatsumi's cute voice reached his ears. "I'm sure. I wouldn't have it any other way." Yah, this was a dangerous route to take. A minor, a student in his house but not many people knew his relationship status or even knew who he was into. Maybe he could get away with forbidden help but there was only one way to find out "Do you have things you need to pick up at your house?"

Hatsumi looks thoughtful, but then shakes his head slightly. "No. Anything I need will be at the dorm room so I will be alright." Even if he had needed anything he probably wouldnt of gone home to get it. He couldnt risk meeting his parents there. Knew he already was risking a lot having told his teacher about this, but he thought maybe Mr. Zen could help him. It was a chance he had to take. "Thank you then..."

Mr. Zen gave a small nod "No, there is no need for a thank you." He got a small smile across his face. A light, more of a moving on smile. "To lighten the mood a little, you've been doing rather well in class. Do a lot of homework?"

Hatsumi gives a small chuckle when Mr. Zen decided to change the topic. He finishes off his hot chocolate and shrugs. "In a way yes. I've been turning in all my homework now, but I still have the papers that I never turned in done." He wasnt stupid, but he did try to appear that way in class.

He smiled while taking a couple more sips of his drink. "Well you know, you can turn some of those still in." He watched his student closely...technically more closely then a teacher should but he cared deeply about Hatsumi. He wanted to watch over him.
