Reason: I'm not going to bother pointing out that that is genius level planning to which I'm doubtful most people can pull it off. (In part why people RPing as Zero/Lelouch..... would need quite a bit of help and a good deal of cooperation to pull off something resembling it).
Reason behind Reason: Lelouch can come up with several plans/moves/possibilities near simultaneously with whatever he's given/shown/seeing. That requires alot of brainwork, especially if you plan on applying it to combat/etc.
Sidenote: If said character is so intelligent/capable... then why isn't she put to good use. And being royalty is no excuse (as seen with Lelouch, Nunnally, the 1st Prince, the 2nd Prince, ....need I name more?).

Disclaimer: I myself am not
that good (ie. on the spot, several at a time at that). But give me oh say 3-10 minutes (depending on how much there is), and I can generate several that can fit into/accomplish goals.
