"You need not worry about it. Your in a tough situation. We were in them before and only had each other, nobody else held a hand of kindness out to us or offered to help us." She told him then reached out to ruffle his hair, "And we want to be better then those from our home town. Besides your a sweet boy who only deserves the best you know."

Her tail wagged happily, she wanted to make sure that he was able to land on his feet without as many twists and turns as it had taken herself and Shanara to land on their own. Children needed a helpful hand and guidance. And Douglas was a baby that was having a baby so he would need help of them both to keep him steady.

"You can stay as long as you like with us, until your on your feet and ready to strike out on your own again. Even then your welcome to come back and crash."

Rayne's ears turned forward and she did her best not to giggle as she got up to her feet and held her hands out to him, "I am hungry too yes. My son Eros did all of the cooking. Hes rather a genius when it comes to making food. He's made a bit of everything since I wasn't sure what you liked." She told him taking his hands with hers and slowly pulled up up to his feet, holding onto them until she was sure that he was steady.

"There you go." She said, "You go ahead and I will follow. She wanted to keep her eyes on him so that she could make sure that he would make it to the dining room ok.

Yukito was helping Parvana with anything that she needed so as not to have to bother their parents with anything. He was like... half a step away from figuring it out. He knew something was going on and he was on the verge of it clicking.

Rayne went to take the last free seat, luckily placing her next to Shanara and not between two of the children. She was glad for the company of an adult as it were and she didn't want to waste any of the time that she had with her friend. That and she figured this way she could talk to her about how the last couple days had gone with her and Douglas.

Sasarai looked over at Douglas as he said what he did and gave him a bit of a smile as he dished up a good helping of it for the seahorse man, "Here you are. Eat as much as you like there is plenty enough of everything so that everyone will have far more then enough." He said, "Would you like more to drink? There is water, juice, and milk."

Sasarai seemed to be completely ignoring the actions of the other's at the table as he picked up the pitcher that had the milk in it and filled the flass next to Douglas's plate with it, "There you go." He said with a smile then turned to set it back down shaking his head as he watched Yukito cleaning potato's from himself, "You should try to eat more neatly then that Yuki."

This got Sasarai a look from his brother and then Yukito stuck his tongue out at him before going back to his food, though after a moment he reached over with his spoon to pick up some of his noodles and let them fly so they landed on Vana's shoulder.

"Ahh, I am glad that you were able to catch him and keep him from getting anything more then a little scare." She said with a shake of her head looking over at him then back to Shanara, "Do you think he should stay here tonight? So he doesn't have to walk home?"

Then she blinked, "Ah! Yukito! Don't throw food!" She squeaked at him in surprise.

Yukito gave a squeak at the twin voices calling for the game to be finsihed before it could get any worse then a couple of throws, no doubt good that the real trouble makers weren't around as it no doubt would have ended up much worse far faster then it already had, "Sorry." He squeaked.

"Your welcome." Sasarai told Douglas with a smile, as if everything going on didn't bother him or he was so used to it that he didn't even notice it anymore. One or the other. He turned to dished himself up some dinner.

Rayne nodded her head in agreement, "Sounds likea plan." She said then turned to look at Douglas, "You know, Eros was planning on doing up a big breakfast for everyone in the morning, he found a new receipe for chocolate chip pancakes that he wants to try. Your welcome to stay the night with us Douglas so that you can join us for them if you like." Rayne told him then took a bite of her noodles.

Yukito looked over at Parvana then gave him mom a hopeful sort of looking hoping that he could have a friend over too, "Can she Momma?" He asked his tail wagging rapidly behind him.

Rayne laughed, feeling out numbered so she nodded her head, "Yeah, that should be fine for her to stay over too. You guys will be camping on the couch then alright? That way Douglas can have Yukito's room so he will be closer to the bathroom." She said figuring that it would be easier on Douglas's part not to have to stay on the couch or have to climb the stairs to get to the bathroom whenever he needed.

Sasarai turned to Douglas, "I will help you get the bed ready if you like." He offered the seahorse man.

Yukito smiled at Parvana, "This is gonna be lots of fun." He said, his tail wagging happily. He was excited over his cousin getting to stay. It would give him a reason to not study for the night. He loved his books and his potions but a break would be welcome.

"Any help is more then welcome thank you Lathe." Rayne said then turned to Shanara, "What? I am fine with it. Eros and Lucien are away on training trips so it means that there are open beds for once. Pretty soon though the cold is going to have Sakura back inside." She hadn't seen much of the naga as he seemed to get lost when the weather was warm in his quest to find the fruits he loved.

Sasarai smiled, "I will do my best to help you up there." He said with a smile.

Yukito tilted his head to theside watching Douglas a moment, the motion that he made strokign his belly and suddenly it seemed as if all the pieces finally clicked and he gave a squeak, "OH! I finally get it!" He said.

Everyone looked the dragon Sin'aeis way as he spoke, "Your pregnate."

Rayne choked on the bite of food in her mouth, she should have known the little doctor-in-training would figure it out.

"Yukito!" Rayne said lifting a hand to rub at her temples and the dragon blinked a couple of times in confusion.

"What?" He looked at the seahorse, "Was it supposed to be a secret or something?" He wasn't sure why someone would want to hide that they were going to have a baby. Wasn't it a good thing? He flicked his tail back and forth.

Sasarai looked over at his brother then picked up a piece of shrimp off his plate and tossed it, bouncing it off of the dragon's head before he turned back to Douglas, "Shall we head up stairs then?" He asked not bother to make any deal out of it. It explained what Douglas was hiding.
