How close?" He asked, one hand onthe vibroblade, the other on the custom rifle. Not to get it wrong it was a great rifle, but only at long range, at cose range it was only effective as a club.

Kit leveled her weapon aiming. "About 30 yards and gaining. If you move do so, but don't move into my line of sight." She put her finger on the trigger and waited for the right moment.[/color

He turned and propped the rifle up on a rock. Leveling the sight to his eye, he smiled. "Peice of cake." He lined one up and fired. The rifle was nearly silent, only a slight click sounded. A kath hound jerked as the projectile struck it, and fell, thrashing around a little. "Damn, winds stronger than I thought." He said adjusting the sights.

Kit shook her head. "You get cocky you'll get us killed." She sighed to herself and fired, watching the hound fall over as the shot hit. "Wish they would take a hint..." She said softly, aiming again.

Teshkov performs a low pass over the settlement keeping the Kerona a safe distance above the buildings while still affording him a good view as he tips his left wing down a bit so he can see the ground and the main street.
Passing the farmstead he swings the ship around for another pass.
"What are those things?" Teshkov remarks spotting the hounds and their apparent targets.

He fired again, this time the projectile passing cleanly through the hound's skull. "Perfect." He muttered, loading another round into the rifle.

Kit fired once more, bringing the last of the hounds down. "Not too bad," she muttered. She looked around her. "Who's hungry?" She laughed silently to herself.

"Great...a no tresspassing sign...this looks promising." She muttered to herself, making sure her rifle was loaded. She followed behind him looking around for any signs of movement

Teshkov makes a final pass over the farmstead then climbs placing the ship into orbit to plan his next move.

Ko'rr followed Kit and Kelborne, 360 motion sensors activated. "Shouldn't we at least knock first?" He asked, keeping his rifle close to him.
