@Mana: I was kind of thinking greatly because I want the speed increase to be big. I don't know if "greatly" would put the speed up to that rank though, or if it would just increase speed by a rank or two.

So I changed the word to greatly/incredibly, made the jutsu B rank, and put it to 10 chakra per post.

Well, since it would be a "traitor" mission, it would be A, but we'll dial it back to B and call it "Catching a runaway" since he's still a genin by all standards.
