So, I think we're waiting on Starry in the IIH thread because we don't want to go to fast, but since it's been a few days, can we keep going, or should we still wait?

Well, it looks like Kitou is wanting to leave, but I wasn't sure if her little seon had anything more to say or not. I think I have to wait on him anyway, but he said he was waiting for her to post before he posted again, in case she had something to say. So...I just wasn't sure if we could keep going, or should wait for her still.

Well you have to read into it. Aressa is more or less playing with them. She's not going to say anything useful because they are not seen as on a need to know information basis.
That and Starry is pretty much null and void of online right now. Packing and junk.
