I dont have any good torture jutsu XD @Oath night brother You could...use chidori and instead of piercing someone's chest you could touch em. ._. Wouldn't that electric shock be torture enough?

No not really because as soon as they get touched by the lightning what was touched will get decimated.

If the target is smart enough then all the land will be his home and his territory. He is free to do and act as he wishes,
