I mean some of the items I would love to have, but I can't afford either with gold or money to buy the mass amounts of the rigs to get them. Or the inflated prices of the 'good stuff' once it's on the market.

It's purpsoe is to now hold all your shortcuts and the like. I wouldn't have a problem with it...if it didn't pop back up after I collapsed it when moving from page to page.
Apparently, according to the developers, the bar is full of fail glitches right now. Have to live with it until it's fixed, or go to your account settings and disable it, but know if you do that you can't use your shortcuts.
