I haven't actually found where there is a form of limit of techniques that a person can have based off of rank, if any.

I see that it limits the amount of times that RPCs can use jutsu.
What I'm wondering is if there is a limit on the amount of Jutsu somebody can know

o.O not that i know of just you cant learn every jutsus only non elemental and your element unless you have a bloodline you know the basics... but i never saw a limit
