"We are," Cody replied with a bright smile. It had taken him long enough to even get here. Now he could finally explore the cave of Uxie. Cody took a step onto the water. His foot barely hovered above as he placed his other foot onto the lake's surface. "Take my hand so you don't fall in," he told Memo, extending his arm.

x-cupids arrow-x Sammy had a strange feeling someone had come back to HQ, so she entered back in through the beach. "Hi, Mr. Brian!" Sammy greeted, seeing there was someone here. "How're you?" Me: Hey Sammy. Well most of me is OK. My right cheek is a little numb though. *I grab a cup of OJ*

tommy came back to HQ. "oh hey brian." tommy greeted. "ooh, sammy, since BL is here, ya wanna have a battle?" he asked hopefully, trying to step on his luck and crush it, since it was horrible anyways.

Memo looked at Cody surprised, but didnt ask questions.
"Uh yea ok hehe."
Memo held onto Codys hand and he was slightly above the water now. Memo knew that Cody was either psychic or he could use Aura. Memos minor contol of his and his elements Aura mightve allowed him to do this but he didnt wanna try.

"Why?" she asked Mr. Brian, confused. "Sleep on it wrong or something?" she then looked at Tommy. "Uh... If Mr. Brian is okay with that, I guess..." she trailed off. Donner would want to evolve soon, so maybe it wasn't a bad idea.

"Oh, ouch..." she shuddered. "Didja get teeth pulled out?" she questioned. She turned to Tommy. "How many pokemon do you want to use?" she asked.

A young girl, about sixteen, wandered around on the beach confusedly, a small totodile following behind her.
"So where is this HQ they mentioned...?" she said, looking a bit amused and bemused at the same time. The totodile shrugged before pointing to something in the sand. Shrugging herself, the girl walked over to examine the object. "Y'know, I wonder if this is one of the-" her words were cut off as the object suddenly activated.
"HOLY CRAP!" she yelled in surprise as the teleporter suddenly took her and her totodile to the underwater HQ. As she appeared near the main room of the HQ, she looked around and seemed to realize where she was. "Oh, that's how you get to it. Haha." She sweatdropped slightly as she realized that there were indeed people there, people who had probably heard her surprised outburst, and grinned sheepishly, feeling a bit nervous. "Um, hi...I'm Kathryn Sarret, new here and all."

Cody walked across the lake with Memo, holding tight to his hand, making sure not to let go. He didn't want Memo falling in. Hypothermia would set in after the first couple minutes of him being out of the water and that could get dangerous. As they both stepped onto land, Cody released his friend's hand. He looked up at the cave that seemed to tower over their heads. He turned around to look back at the lake and saw something magnificent. The water in the lake seemed to be phasing away. It was slowly emptying, but where was it all going? There was no nearby reservoir, no dam, nothing. It was an enclosed lake, yet the water was disappearing. "Uxie's here now," Cody told Memo. He was so excited. "Show no emotion around the pokemon. You can't act or look excited, afraid, intimidated, nothing. I need you to act blank, got it?"

Sammy saw the new person, excitedly bouncing up and extending her hand. "Hiya! I'm Sammy, you're flight attendant. Nice ta meetcha!" she grinned widely.

Memo felt Codys hand let go, soon after Memo had heard everything Cody had said...Memo did exactly as Cody ordered. Memo was an actor back in his hometown so he was able to pull it off. Memo watched the water phase and empty with no emotion what so ever. Memo was even a bit reluctant to talk.
"Cody, what do we do?"
Memo asked quietly and emotionless.

Kathryn's grin changed from sheepish to friendly. "Nice to meet'cha too, Sammy. By the way, this is Kailani, or just Kai if you prefer," she added, reaching down and snagging the excited totodile by the tail before he could make an attempt to bite Sammy. "Just warning you though, he likes to bite people." Realizing how violent that sounded, she added an afterthought as she picked up the squirming totodile. "In a friendly sort of way and all." She laughed a bit.

"Aww, hi little fella. You're a little ankle biter, aren't you?" she talked as if she was talking to a baby. She then looked around for Tommy. "Hmm? I guess the battle isn't going on, afterall?" she questioned, scratching her head.

"We enter," Cody said all dramatically. He had to laugh at that. It was just too epic not to and he had been waiting to try that one for a long time. Slapping on his serious face again, he entered the cave. It was damp. Very damp. As Cody walked, he could hear the splashing of water echo throughout the cavern. It was a very open area with a large puddle in the middle that seemed to have little "rivers" jetting off from the sides. In the middle, the Being of Knowledge rested. Cody pointed, not making a sound, to the wall on the other side. There were hieroglyphics engraved in the stone. He brought out his TADS and made is way over to the wall, studying it before taking a bunch of pictures.
