I like most classics. But Jane Eyre struck me the wrong way, somehow.
Then again, the only Victorian prose writer I've really enjoyed was Dickens, and even then half out of perversity.

The only reason I enjoyed Jane Eyre was for the complex combination of Romanticism and Gothic Fiction.
I have been rather fond of Gothic fiction, expecially the prevailence of a Byronic Hero.

Well, My weekend has been eventful!
Saturday:
I TURNED 19! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ME!!! Legal drinking age here in Canada, so its time to hit the clubs (and take a bar-tending course.) For said birthday, I got a small espresso machine. Of my own. With which I make espresso. At home whee
Sunday:
Audition for my first ever Shakespeare production! Love the writing, done the readings, never actually done one of the Bard's shows. This'll be awesome (The audition went well btw, they really liked my monologue, and were impressed by my credentials - even recognized me from past shows they'd seen.)
On the other hand I have to work tomorrow, and work is now a waking nightmare, but we won't go into that shall we?

Saturday was my senior prom. It was more depression.
This weekend is Grad Bash at Universal.
Followed by two weeks of testing, AP testing that is.
And then the Senioritis Party Downtown on the 9th.
Busy Busy May.

I am a friggin genius
my computer crashed. like every ten minutes it would freeze up again. Which made writing stories w/out autosave a HUGE PAIN IN THE a**.
So then I had to use windows (windows, NOT vista's) safe mode. Which is like Windows 93 on LSD. it doesnt even go into sleep mode. hell, it doesn't even let you have a background. Everythign's like way out of proportion. But it's kinda cool.
ONly problem was, no internet. It wouldn't let the internet in. grr.
But now I found a different kind of safe mode that lets in the interweb! WOO!!! GO LSD!!!

Monday 11th: Biology
Thursday 14th: Macroeconimics.

I beasted AP Chem last year. Rocked out with a 5.
And AP Lang and Comp. Not so much the us. History :[
I think I did very well on Government today.
I need to start studying for Biology though,
and writing my essay since my rough draft is due the day after my AP test,
friday i believe.
Busy Busy Busy.
Why am I wasting my time here?

It's just a pokute...
Anyway, I gotta stop watching anime. After watching Gurren Lagann, I'll never be satisfied with my story until Konstantin is throwing galaxies at everyone.
