Zavits W the only thing I was uncertain of was the stealth check(action taker or not) I knew that focusing took a round in terms of attack action since it's listed in the actions. when Sai said it wasn't an action I was all like well I'm gonna be done for sure. it's nice to know I can still deal with my current methods :3 though those kunai are still going to kill me I know it D: You message me in the middle of the night, I'm allowed to make mistakes, GOSH -Runs away TT~TT-

Btw, if you haven't seen Scott Pilgrim vs the world go and see it! Great epic movie, wonderful art style, insanely fun fights to watch, hilarious, and great music all bundled in a quirky little video game physics world. This movie has not been getting the crowds it deserves =O

I want to see that movie badly, but my girlfriend does not and because we live together, its kind of hard for me to escape to go see it alone. I will find the time though eventually.

emo ugh I want to see it too but of course none of my friends really want to see if because they suck at life. But either way I'm surprised I never really heard anything about it until a bit before it came out

Question for any mod that knows, I'm filling out my lower level customs in my spare time, if an Uchiha saw one of my moves that has one of my OE's on it and they have a sharingan custom strong enough to learn the skill are they able to learn it and use that skill in the future or would a lack of rights to the relevant OE prevent them from using it?
Basically does placing an OE on a skill prevent it from being learned without permission or are OE's only safe from being put on custom skills without rights but not from copying?

They're not safe from Uchihas or any form of stealing jutsus/items. So yes, if you put that on lets say a level 5 jutsu, every Uchiha in the guild would be able to Rip it. If you were to fight me and have an OE on a jutsu at lvl 90 or lower, I will and most likely would steal it =D

Main reason I was asking was to decide whether or not to slap family aptitude on a level 15 tech. The answer is to do it.

@ anyone else that might want to know
In addition to what ssA said, oe's on skills do not prevent them from being copied. What would happen is the Uchiha would be able to use "that skill" but not create new ones with said oe. This would be because in the world of Naruto, there in a way is no such thing as an oe. There are just tactics and tricks which that person came up with. So lets say Kakashi were to shari someone that used a skill that he had never saw/heard of and as far as anyone knows is only used by that one ninja, then he would still be able to copy it, he just wouldn't be able to duplicate it into a new skill.
