Exxos I tend to burst into flames or my skin falls off in bloody clumps if I get more than a few minutes of sun exposure. confused
Okay... OW... O.o
Quote: On the issue of sunlight exposure, by the way, it turns out that super antioxidants greatly boost your body's ability to handle sunlight without burning. Astaxanthin is one of the most powerful "internal sunscreens" and can allow you to stay under the sun twice as long without burning. Other powerful antioxidants with this ability include the superfruits like Acai, Pomegranates (POM Wonderful juice), blueberries, etc.
And you can do what Sagitarian_Insomniac and I do and take vitamin D supplements. smile

I take vitamin supplements during winters aswell because here in our dark north it's sometimes hard to get those beams of sun.
I live in south of Finland so the sun gets up during winter at around 9am and goes down around 3pm and if you are at work from 8am to 4pm (which is the usual work hour here) then you basically miss the sun for the whole day. xp Actually the darkness is quite big problem here because it can cause depression and overall lack of motivation so we have all kinds of vitamins and bright light lamps and so on.

It has been about 24 years since I last frolicked. I think I am Frolickly-challenged.
(Do I get extra gold for bad puns? Just kidding.)

all AGA DBZ fans!!!!
omg, I'm so excited, annoyed, frustrated, scared, angry...well I just went through all of my feelings and I am left feeling really anxious. Get this, I was browsing for images, looking for fighting poses, felt like drawing and then I came across a link about the real live movie. Yes I wanted a movie so bad back in HS, but now after transformers, NArnia and the golden compass I wanted something left just for me something my kids would actually have to read to know what happenned in the story. Anyways, they are making a movie, yes a real movie!!! Spike from buffy the vampyre slayer is piccolo!! Justin chatwind is goku and some girl named Emily Rossum is bulma!! Terrible just terrible, my childhood heroe's story destroyed in two months of filming that started on dec 14. Did anyone know about this? They destroyed the storyline sending Goku to HS in a bicycle and the hair is terrible crying !!

kool ken I can't remember frolicking . . . rolleyes Does it hurt? neutral If memory serves, very much so. The initial part happens too fast to really feel but the part of getting your internal organs back into your body is a painful chore.
