Probably won't see me until late tonight guys, I have graduation ceremony to go to tonight that starts at 7...and is hopefully over as soon as possible. Boo late crowd gatherings that aren't concerts or something akin to concerts.

My grad was nice and quick. It was like, 4 in the afternoon and only lasted 2 hours.
I still maintain that my grade average was higher then the guy who got valedictorian, the rest of the school just had some weird vendetta against us animators.

I was wondering who the heck 'hlk321' was!
I got hacked not too long ago too, but the mods got my stuff back within couple weeks of me reporting it. But...the hacker didn't change my username or password either...I'd imagine that sending the complaint from the same account helps....

EDIT:
Frac, you should probably remove his crew status in case the hacker is a REAL effing jerk and decides to start deleting stuff.

He can send the information through his mule and they can look into it through the report. It's common practice actually.
And good point. Don't need an asshat wrecking up the guild.
Soon as you get your account and stuff back I'll promote you back up Jason.

yes, I am NOT a happy camper. what pisses me off most is they were able to do it while I was online. Gaia needs to seriously up thier security

I can't imagine you'd be very happy at all for a while. I got so depressed when I lost my stuff that I was barley active for three weeks.
Didn't there used to be some security thing? I seemed to remember getting a message like "you cannot log in from here, this account is logged in from another computer"

well as you know I like to stay online 24/7. but a) occasionaly Gaia itself will make me log back in (probably the opportunity this guy took) or b) this person found some way to bypass that and throw me off.
and three WEEKS!? oh if I ever find this hacker I swear to god I will break every bone in his hands.

sweatdrop I didn't send my report in until it was almost too late. I had convinced myself that Gaia wouldn't do anything about it.

when you sent your report, did it give you any kind of confirmation? I think I sent one like three times on accident because it would just reload the same page up with all the information on it.
I mean like with posts you get that 'your post has been submitted' thing.

Actually, you can multi-log Gaia accounts. Me and Steph actually do it all the time when we need to. It doesn't matter if you're logged in already, you can re-log in. If you log out however, it logs off ALL active browser sessions.
And Gaia does a 30min time-out log out. If you're inactive for about 30-60 minutes, it does a saftey logout in most cases, unless you have the remember me button active and sometimes that doesn't work. [/Gaianerd]
I don't know if you get a confirmation...you used the hacking link right? If anything you can always PM an Omni-mod to ask the status of your stuff to make sure it went through. [/moreGaianerd]
