I went to career center today after a interesting series of unfortunate events.
1. alarm didn't go off, over slept. 2. Bro took off the 'guest' user on his computer spent 1-2 hours trying to break in so I can print my resume. 3. Happy break in, happy dance. 4. plug flash drive in hopes of printing my resume for review. 5. DARN HIM FOR NOT HAVING MICROSOFT WORD!!! @>@ 6. Went to Google docs to transfer. 7. Realize after another 1 hour readjusting the format, that the format is initially wrong on Google docs. 8. Frustration=Food. 9. Decide to go print at the University. 10. No gas. 11. Gas station near house....closed. D< 12. No money. 13. To the family store. Hallelujah for laptop, USB cable, and Lexmark printer! YAY DAD! 14. drove in monster rain to University. 15. Happy helpful review. 16. Drove back home in monster rain only to have my cell phone ringing every 10 minutes. *seethe* 17. Home. 18. Chocolate, French vanilla whip creme hot drink. =w= heart
Happy The End.

Ta Lu pirhan Etsy.com Quick MittensStill grumpy. scream dramallama Edit: Oh yea, yesterday we went to a wig store and found the perfect wig. Black with great subtle purple highlights. $69. Why so Grumpy Pirhan? I've been out of a job since November which makes my life boring. Living with the in laws since beginning of December. They're the complete opposite of me and it's starting to grate on my nerves. (And I'm sure theirs as well - since both our lifestyles are completely disrupted.) And the house is very claustrophobic physically - doilies and bric-a-brac and just stuff shoved everywhere (and no wish to declutter, because that broken back scratcher stuffed on top of those books may be needed one day). And claustrophobic mentally with just constant talk of nothing and TV and radio. And lots of misinformation spouted from news and other weird sources. (I was told broken glass can't be recycle. ???? ) Last night, mother in law said the litter smelled. I'm fiercely protective of my cats. I clean it every day and ensure there's lots of litter in there so kitties can cover up. If they've just gone, of course it's going to smell. I'm sure the bathroom doesn't smell like rose water when you're done. Anyways, she had the gall to tell me she's sensitive to smells. Sensitive. To smells. There are a dozen differently scented candles in the living room. There are a multitude of highly scented cleaning products. (Cleaner for the sink, for the counter, for the floors, for the toilet, for the whatever.) I have to hold my breath if I use the upstairs bath because she's got these sticks in this sickly sweet vanilla oil. They have two or three different types of shampoo/conditioner, shaving gels, body wash, Irish Spring soap, hair sprays and scented hand soap with germ busting beads. Laundry time I have to close the door and lock myself in my room because of the Tide. When staying over (re: not using my own sheets) I can't sleep because they smell too much. But she says she's sensitive to smells. Good grief! Oh yeah, she wanted to buy us plastic spoons for when I feed the cats canned food. Because the metal spoons that get sterilized in the dishwasher aren't clean? It's too cold out to have the windows open and there's absolutely no air circulation. The bedroom always smells stale. I'm sure the 12 year old dusty pink carpet doesn't help. Being really irritable once a month doesn't help either. And neither does not having any social network to fall back on. (Totally my fault because I'm not really social.) My poor boyfriend gets to hear complaints from both sides. Poor guy. And my boyfriend does have gallstones. Apparently a lot. So mother in law is pushing for surgery. I want to find out more because my boyfriend isn't a older, weighty woman who takes statins. So woe is me. When it rains it pours. Lah-de-dah. /ranty mcrant pants

Oh damn pirhan! I'm sorry! I think I managed to catch some stress through the internet. I had a similar experience with my freshman roommates, luckily I don't like with them anymore.
sensitive to smells Really? That's just utter bollocks. I have a few incense in my house, but it sounds like that house is a gas chamber! X.x I would surely fall over. Maybe you should go for the passive aggressive technique and tape up your version of the 95 thesis and how many things that smell on her end.
Well I guess you could go for buying a separate metal spoon for them, instead of plastic. And label it so maybe she'll get off your case on that?
I'm sure...you can recycle broken glass. Does she even recycle glass bottles at the grocers? Does she not hear the shatter of glass in there? Where does she get all this weird info? Fox 5?
You could give the house a good chill, when she's not home. turn off the heat, opening all the windows, you could probably ask your boyfriend to 'help clean house' then mother will be like all over how what a 'good boy he is' for helping clean the house.
You should go lie in the snow for a while, get some fresh air >.> and go buy some non scented detergent .
I hope things will work out and you'll find a job soon. what did you do before you were out of work?

Practically everything can be recycled...broken or brand new doesn't matter.
I've been having crazy headaches lately, going to bed with a headache and waking up with one all day a couple of times a week. I think it's stress related or its something else...not sure but it's quite bothersome. But i picked up hours at work this week so instead of working 3 day's i get 4 day's. Not a huge difference but i need to make as much money as i can right now.
Why is it that everytime misinformation always gets blamed on fox news networks right away?

Study Confirms Fox News Makes You Stupid xd Thanks Ta Lu! heart I'm hoping we can move back to BC sooner than later. As much fun it is not to work, it gets pretty tiring pretty quick. I'm in that awkward position of having lots of experience but not enough educational background to move up. Means that I'm over qualified for lots of jobs and under qualified for the rest. And I doubt anyone wants to hire me for two months. Undoubtedly me/us being constantly here "doing nothing" grates on her nerves. Thankfully here there are lots more places to go for walks. In Ottawa, trails, if you could call them that, were as wide as a road, short, and crowded. Here we have lots to choose from. Unfortunately it's darned cold and neither of us are winter people. Why did we move here?! Lol. I'm not sure how your folks are, but I know that some older people just get stuck in their ways. They're redoing the kitchen and at the moment there's an argument (not angry like) if vented microwaves exist. ...... @ Teh_plague - I clench my jaw. A lot. It gives me headaches. Have you noticed that you've been clenching your jaw? If so, maybe try a hot compress? Or even better, a nice hot bubble bath? I finished Under The Dome. It was good. It had a lot, I mean, a lot of product placement in it. It was really distracting from the story. I can understand a bit of products dropped here and there, but I'm talking products every five pages. And the constant explosions and body parts here and there (I'm not sure the validity of intestines flying like streamers behind a falling body). Typical King and it was okay. Not excellent, but okay. Anyways! Terribly sorry for being a grumpy pants and airing out my woe is me dirty laundry. You guys are great.

I hate to break it to everyone here but i do watch fox news...and i'm pretty sure i'm not stupid nor misinformed. If something i see catches my interest i do more research before i go just blabbing on and repeating what the people on the talking box said lol. I think that the bigger problem is that people just spout off and repeat whatever they hear without doing any research and we all know how much people lose from conversation to conversation based on a little game from when we were children called the "telephone game" where one child would say one thing to child 2 and child 2 would tell child 3 and child 3 child 4 and how different it would end up after a few kids. The constant bickering from left and right in the news is ridiculous and its become more about catching the other network being wrong about something than it is about reporting actual news. They just constantly say "oh no fox got this wrong" and then fox will say "well msnbc got this wrong" and it goes on and on...in a pathetic cycle of not actually giving me real news.
As far as the jaw clenching i haven't noticed if i'm doing that...now that you mentioned it i'm pretty sure i've been tensing up the muscles in my neck a lot...which led to getting new pillows...which could be part of the problem as well.
Oh and all "older" folks (i guess that's the best way to describe the generation before mine i suppose without offending anyone by just calling them old) seem stuck in their ways from what i've noticed. But some people just don't like being proven wrong so that could be it too.

I don't watch any news and the stuff I read is "alternative" stuff like Jezebel, Pravada and that Alternet. I find all news basis and no one ever fully covers the story - they're always pushing their own agenda, be it left, right, up or down. And the writing is just downright terrible. They repeat the same thing over just in different words. If you want to loosen your neck muscles, this YouTube is pretty good. I haven't done the whole hour, but the first bit is nice and good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiHIs7_iMl8And there's a lot of smiling and nodding done at this house. 3nodding

@ Pirhan - I made it through about 10 minutes of that youtube and called it good. I just woke up (totally just passed out while watching tv) and i think doing yoga at the moment will lead to more sleep lol. But my neck does feel considerably better after just stretching like that. Thanks for the link.
The news has become less than helpful i think due to them pushing their agenda's back and forth down our throats. Which is why i take it all with a grain of salt, Like that studies findings being used to show that more fox viewers were misinformed than any other groups viewers were just ridiculous because according the the studies results 95% of people who took the survey were misinformed and more of them said they read the news paper than watched fox news, more of them watch msnbc or cnn than fox news too so to say that fox viewers were more misinformed is ridiculous) Msnbc and Cnn viewers were in fact like half a percent from being the same level as Fox viewers so it says a lot about all of the news networks. I'm dropping this though because i don't want this place to turn all political because i think we all have a different goal thats more important than republican or democrat and that's whats important.
Im looking at adopting a pit bull but i really dont want to put down the additional security deposit on this place and the extra $40 a month in rent. plus the pet limit is 45 pounds and a lot of pit bulls reach 60+ so they would try and make me get rid of the dog. Oh well just a dream for now.

Its the same as the news on WB11 or at least thats what I still call it

Thanks for the link. Not a problem at all! heart I usually get to the part where lie on your one shoulder with your arm out. Out of all the yoga I've done, my favourite is the Yoga X. It's mind numbing at the beginning but the flow is amazing and the end with the ohms is fantastic. If you do get the P90X program from your friend, I really, really recommend it. Just watched Casino Royale on TV. I would love to scratch my fingers down Mr. Craigs chest. Hopefully I'll have one of my own in just under 90 days. xd (pleaseohpleaseohplease)
