I got tired of waiting on them to set up matches, so I just started picking people at random and killing them.

ahhh icic ^^;;; I'm sure that people are getting pissed but ehh ohh well...if you are killed before you get seated then you really don't deserve that top gun seat.

How is the guild a phony?

They set up a tournament, which guilds participate in if they want. Then once the tournaments over, they label the guild who did the best, the winner.
