I was gonna say the two of them should get together, but... nahhh. Kam is good for Mickey ^^ <33333No, but I could loan her my epicness if she needs to save Kam for some reason or other, like if he's being used to power some giant monster raccoon.

Whoo hoo, I feel alienated and hopeless again.
And this time I'm not even sure why. Nothing in particular has gone that badly. Life has been alright the past few days.
Well, my first appointment with my counselor is tomorrow, hopefully that will make things better...

Actually, I know exactly what it is that's making me feel alienated and hopeless.
It's this place.
Specifically, it's the talk of relationships. I've had the feeling ever since Nespin and Carmella's wedding, and especially with all the crap surrounding KKD.
I've always noticed that whenever people talk about relationships I just get really bitter. I know the reason, too - I always get the feeling that I'll never have anything to contribute to such a discussion because I'll never find a girl. Ever. Girls just don't seem to like me.
And I know that's a stupid reason, but it's a reason nonetheless.
Maybe I just need to leave this place for awhile, I don't know. God, I feel like an idiot.

Guys don't seem to like me....only Epic does...and I'm pretty sure the internet is acting as some freaky rose-tinted glasses xd

I don't even know why I care so much about it. There are plenty of guys who don't have girlfriends, and it's not like their lives are any worse for it. I shouldn't care, but I do. I just want to be with somebody, I want to know that there's nothing horribly wrong with me.

I sure even some people who seem okay about not having someone secretly do want that.

Jedi, you're probably too hard on yourself. Are you upset because you don't have a gaia relationship? Or an IRL relationship? Or both?
I know it's cliche, but eventually you will meet somebody, but you may just have to put yourself out there, yeah? And try to enjoy the single life. Think of it this way-- when you're single, you have more time to get yourself ready for that person you'll eventually meet. And there's less drama. Much less.

I sure even some people who seem okay about not having someone secretly do want that. That was me before I got together with Soosh. Being at parties or whatever with friends that have dates was extremely awkward, and even though he isn't physically here, I know that he loves me just as much and that makes things less awkward for me. 3nodding

I'm upset at myself because I don't have either, I guess.
And to be honest, I don't really believe in that idea that "everyone will find somebody" anymore. Partially because I've seen a lot of marriages end in divorce, including my own parents and the parents of my best friend, and partially because I've been turned down again and again while almost everybody I knew from high school had a girlfriend/boyfriend at at least one point before they graduated. And it's my fault, nobody else's.
