bio: mathew uchiha was born into Itachi an sasukes family in the uchiha clan one year after Itachi. He Graduated at the top of his acadamy class at age 7 . His sharingan first appeared at age 7 and he fully mastered it by the age of 8. He was promoted to chunnin and finished first in the chunnin exams at age 8. He was promoted to jonnin at the age of 10 and made ANBU black ops at age 11 on his 11th birthday. He Got promoted to anbu captain round the time when itachi left witch was when mathew was almost 12. Mathew had obtained the makyoukou sharingan at the age of 11 he obtained it by killing the anbu captain that followed itachi. mathew had worked and trained under him for a while. His name was Uchiha Damen. After mathew achived the makyoukou sharingan His brother Itachi appeared o him again inviteing him to join him in akatsuki. shortly after that at the age of 12 he left and joined akatsuki . He was feared by all of akatsuki except his brother itachi and by kohana.He was presumed to be dead until sasuke saw him and he explained everything to him. he explained that eh became a missing ninja from leaving the hokage at the brink of death at the age of 11 , he staged a massive attack on the hyuuga clan . it was know as one of the great tragadies of kohana . on his way out he walked through the uchiha clan discrict and started killing radom uchihas and ninjas along his way out of the village. when mathew revealed himself to sasuke when sasuke was 9 sasuke has despised him ever since but not as much as he hated itachi . mathew again revealed himself to sasuke before he left the village saying "test your container" . mathew and sItachi are known as the deadliest missing ninjas ever to come out of a hidden village. Mathew has succeded in geting His old friend roxas uchiha to come train under him and in doing so caused some trouble in leaf.
After witnessign the battle between ryoma uchiha and bakyakou ken
he and itachi went with his brother itachi to talk to ryoma and Mandara who was sealed inside ryoma. After thier visit hospital he and Itachi returned to the base to prepare for a two year training session in Ice country . and planne dto train in blizzard village with roxas to get stronger in hopes of getting roxas as strong as the rest of them .
During the 2 and a half years from when sasuke and roxas left kohana Roxas perfected "his Art " of wind and honed his skills and strengh with mathew .Mathew learned water and Ice juitsus as well as perfecting the Flying Thunder god technique. After the two years of training mathew and roxas went back to the akatsuki base to plan an attack on some ninja from kohana roxas needed to kill

The Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye)
The Mangekyou Sharingan, literally Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye, is a higher form of the Uchiha clan Sharingan. Until recently, it was thought that only natural Sharingan users could obtain that technique, but it seems The Mangekyou Sharingan is not easy to obtain however for those who are not made of cold blood as they must make a tremendous sacrifice in order to obtain it, they must kill their best friend. In Itachi's case, we learned that he killed Uchiha Shisui. As for Kakashi, his best friend, Uchiha Obito, sacrificed himself to save him, making Kakashi a potential Mangekyou Sharingan user. However, despite its immense destructive power, the Mangekyou Sharingan is a double edged sword. Hence, the Sharingan 'causes a terrible strain on the user's eyes and eventualy deteriorate his eyesight. Morevover, using the Mangekyou Sharingan uses enourmous amounts of Chakra. And for unatural users of the Sharingan, such as Hatake Kakashi, it's even worse. But, despite its drawbacks, the Mangekyou Sharingan is the deadliest technique known to this day.
The Unknown Third Technique((possibly named Susanoo))-With this technique, Kakashi formed a handseal to activate his Sharingan and change it into his Mangekyou form. The area around the target then began to warp and collapse in on itself, resulting in about half a meter diameter of area being quickly "sucked" out of existence.

Description: Named after the Shinto god of the moon, this Genjutsu is one of the most powerful Uchiha jutsu enabled by the Mangekyō Sharingan. The Mangekyō user places the victim in an illusory world where all aspects, including the perception of time, are controlled by the user. Uchiha`s uses this ability to inflict three days' worth of torment on his victims , while in reality only three seconds may have passed, which tends to leave the victim bedridden. However, Tsukuyomi is an enormous chakra drain on the user, which discourages its frequent use. Itachi is seemingly only able to use it for the equivalent of three days maximum.
Tsukiyomi: Black dream: Itachi traps the enemy in a Tsukuyomi illusion, causing them to see the ground beneath their feet break open, plummeting them into a huge chasm. The torment ends (and apparently his/her life) when a column of fire slams them into the pit.

fire shield: mathew can create a dome of fire to incinerate those near to him, and or nullify an attack
Flaming rasengan: mathew uses hachibi's ability to controll and mainpulate fire, to create a large flame, mold it with his chakra and create a whirling sphere of fire.
Double Flaming Rasengan: 2 flaming rasengans
Hachibi: mathew can take on the form of his biju ((like gaara did with his)) and itachi can stay in the form as long as he doesnt exhaust Hachibi's chakra reseves.
Blazing Amaterasu: mathw takes on the form of hachibi, flies into the air and sends a gigantic flaming cloud of amaterasu to the ground. this is the most powerful attack ever! it could take out an entire village if mathew wanted it to. But it uses up all of hachibi's chakra and mathew is forced to revert back to his normal state. Even if the mighty Kyuubi, strongest of the biju where to take a direct his from this attack, it would not survive.
summonings:Manda: The large king of snakes. He is purple with black stripes and the only horned snake yet. Manda is quite rude and holds a large grudge against Gamabunta.
- Serpents Spit - The large snake will burrow itself beneath the ground and reappear below its opponent. Manda will open his large mouth and keep his opponent inside of him. Once his opponent is within his mouth he will spit them back out with a great amount of force.
- Castoff Skin Molting - Much like the Body Substitution Skill allows Manda to substitute himself for his shedding of skin to dodge an attack.
Three Headed Snake: A three headed snake with a bandana around its necks. Main purpose is to destroy with its large size, but is also good at fighting.
Snake: A regular snake (cannot do anything special). Used for whatever the user wants him/her to do. Can be big or small, the summoner decides.
Rashoumon: A large wall with a face on it. Only purpose is to block an oncoming attack.
-Sealed Gate - Blocks any oncoming attack. (Can only block two major attacks)
Triple Rashoumon: Three large walls in sucession with faces on them. Their only purpose is to block incoming attacks.
-Triple Sealed Gate - Blocks any coming attack. (Can block four major attacks)
Spiked Gate: A large gate covered in spikes that hurts the enemy if they run into it. Can be destroyed by a large projectile attack.
Bridge: A large, ancient, bridge that can be used to cross large ravines. Can be destroyed easily.
Poison Ramen: Ramen with a deadly poison in it, will kill any enemy tricked into tasting some within seconds. Best used for missions, to take out guards
Ramen: Regular Ramen, is very nutritious and will restore some chakra , heal wounds and even enhance your speed and strength for a short while.
Curry of Life: This incredible curry is very hot and will burn your mouth, but it has incredible healing ability and will restore a sick person to fighting fitness after only one bowl.

Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel
Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood veseels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Chuusuusei Biribiri
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja turns their chakra into an electrical pulse which is transmitted into an enemy's body by striking the base of their neck. The electrical impulse travels up their brain stem and disrupts the flow of electricity in the nervous system.
Chiyute no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person.

Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu This ninjutsu isn't a widely used technique, since it is only used when surprising the enemy. After performing a series of hand seals and raising his chakra, the ninja is buried underground using his chakra. He can then move freely inside the ground, as if he was outside.
Fuuja Houin
A Fuuinjutsu (sealing technique) designed to keep Juin (cursed seals) controlled. Two circles are carved into the ground with kunai with the cursed victim sitting at its center. Ten kunai are then placed, assumedly with purposed, headfirst into the ground within the circles.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Edo Tensei (Summoning Technique: Impure World Resurrection) FORBIDDEN
A forbidden Ninjutsu technique (Kinjutsu), which is a variation of the Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique). Unlike the Kuchiyose, no contract is required with this technique, because instead of summoning a living being into our world, this jutsu summons the dead. To summon the dead, instead of the user signing a contract and sacrificing their blood, they must prepare a living person as a sacrifice, whose body will become the vessel of the summoned deceased's soul. The living sacrifice then has the dust and ashes of the deceased scattered around them. After that, the sacrifice's body will take on the physical and mental characteristics of the summoned, meaning that they will appear as they did up until the moment of their death, and will remember everything from their past, including any techniques that they possessed in life. All of this is prepared long before the technique's use in battle.
When the summoner is finally ready to use this technique in combat, the prepared body is summoned within a wooden coffin that rises up from the ground.
Nemuri
A Genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat
This unnamed Genjutsu technique is utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi and mathew uchia. Itachi or mathew will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.
This unnamed astral projection technique is used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.
Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like to rub the blood on an object or on themselves which will also work
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin - Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.

This is a very powerful and foribdden sealing Jutsu, which is used to seal over even numbered seals. However, before going into further detail, I will explain some simple facts about seals. All sealing Jutsus use symbols; there are many numerous symbols in each seal, and many sealing Jutsus consist of many different seals, so the number of symbols increases. All those symbols accumulate into major ones, and thus once the Jutsu is performed, only a few symbols are visible. Depending on the number of the visible symbols, a seal is considered either odd or even numbered. Also, these symbols are mostly in a repeating order. There may be spaces between them, or they may be closed. It all depends on the shinobi.
Nemurihane
A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. More useful than the simple Nemuri (Sleep) Genjutsu, this technique is still useless in combat.
Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method
Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.
Chidori Sword (Unnamed)
This unnamed Lightning Element technique was developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

[.Legends.] I will like to have his identity to be hidden. I think it was Chidori....... I'm banning this guy. I remember I had a great dislike for him because he was associated with someone who ended up doing wrong towards our guild.

I suppose but those are announced by the mods. We can't just make our own tournaments. Besides you have to learn techniques not pick them.
