I suppose, arguably, it could be kosher, if it followed jewish law in terms of how it was slaughtered/inspected etc, if a rabbi gave a thumbs up, and whatnot. If you consider a human an animal as defined by jewish law and if there isn't some law that makes human meat inherintly unkosher...dunno, I read this really detailed article on kosher laws as relating to nutrition a while ago, so memory isn't that good...
the thought is so gross though...plus unsafe in eight kinds of ways. Especially brains and other neural tissue...you can get Kuru, the human version of mad cow disease 3nodding surprised
