Kaitani touched his cheek as Lyori disappeared. He left the kitchen, slowly heading to his own room, his hand still on his cheek. Once in his room, he looked into his bag at the little toy she'd made him and took it out, setting it on his bed beside him.

Lyori sat on her bed and let the nymph dragon see the little corner she had dedicated to it. Instead of a cage, she just had a small ornamental tree appear. The perfect size for a nymph to nest and live in.

The next morning, when Kaitani woke up, he was still holding the toy that Lyori made, and he smiled some, wondering if the other dragon was awake yet. [OOC:] So, what is next on the agenda of our story?

[OOC:] Hm... I don't think we ever got that far in planning.
Lyori had woken up early to feed her new pet. She had gotten jsut what little nymph craved. Bugs. Lots of bugs. But she dealt with the creepy crawlies, watching her new little friend eat. She then began to write a letter to her mother, telling of the boy she met and all the fun she had been having in just her first week.

[OOC:] I think Lyori was originally supposed to be more evil, but we went a different direction... That morning, a meeting was taking place with all the teachers to discuss the annual Welcome Back to School Ball. [OOC:] I figured we haven't had a dance since Luke and Kaya met; it's about time we had another.

[OOC:] Yeah. Sorry about that. And a ball is the perfect plot loop hole!
Lunora was dragging Demetri to said meeting. As one of the major teachers she had to attend. And Demetri, by default was forced to come as well. While all this was going on, Luke was trying to talk his way out of going to the meeting.

[OOC:] Is alright. I like Lyori. Kaya was dragging Luke, just as Lunora was dragging Demetri, and even ran into the other two while doing so. She smiled at Lunora, then looked back at Luke to make sure he wasn't trying to run away.
Demetri was letting himself be dragged at this point, since even his best attempts weren't getting him out of this...

Luke sighed, spotting his sister and Demetri being dragged along as well. Of course Luke had tried to get away, but Kaya had him by the tail, dragging him down the hall as he whined pitifully.

Naturally, when the four arrived, they found that Anya had dragged both Searan and Jethrow to the meeting, excited beyond belief herself.

Lunora smiled a little to Anya. "So... You said you had some sort of plan for the Welcoming Ball, Anya?" the fox asked, keeping a grip on her husband.

Anya nodded. "I was thinking a dragon theme, to help Lyori out. Since she didn't exactly get the warmest of welcomes..."

Lunora nodded some, glaring over her shoulder at her husband. "I heard. You can count on this little wizard being punished. Unless you have an idea to teach them a lesson, Anya." the fox said, smirking some. She always loved messing with the wizards.

Anya smiled happily as both Jethrow and Demetri both groaned and tried to beg their ways out of this party. "Just suck it up," Searan said, and Anya raised an eyebrow. "Come to think of it, you should work on the project as well, since you are a dragon."
