Once again, Geo sighed with a smile as Light went on another little energetic bursts. He then looked at Tael and sighed with a little more melancholy in his demeanor.
I'm not surprised that he's not comfortable around me... felines never are. he thought to himself.

((Geo probably wouldn't hear Tael, the italic speech is an internal thought/talking to Light. Though the empathy power may let Geo know that Tael is just 'uneasy' ))

((I'm seriously sorry I haven't posted in here for... well, too long. I haven't had much time to myself recently, between band, school, and some drama between a couple of my friends that I am attempting to help smooth out. I do try to post as often as I can, even if that hasn't been often lately. Please bear with me!))

x”We are fairies,” Thorn said proudly to the girl, ”… Princesses of the Fae.” Thorn felt a gentle hand on her arm, and looked back at Gossamer, whose eyes fluttered ever so slightly. That was her sister telling her to not be so prideful. Clearing her throat in an abased manner, even though she really was embarrassed by her display, Thorn faced the people again. ”Yes, well… I’m Thorn Silverfly, and this is my twin, Gossamer. She doesn’t speak much,” she added, looking the professor up and down again. ”… and hellooo Professor McCloud,” Thorn said with a flirty smile. Gossamer moved away from her sister, and smiled kindly to the imp-girl, and inclined her head to the professor, as if to say ‘excuse my sister, she’s always like that’.

Geo smiled at his two new students and bowed slightly in a gallant and respectful manner.
"Pleased to make your acquaintance Thorn. Same to you, Gossamer. I am certainly excited to see what kinds of creations you will make here in this class." he said with another smile, this time making an effort to hide his canine teeth.

Light of the west river Forest Imp Pfft, royalty... Stuck up pampered nothings! At the mention of the two girls being princesses, Light almost laughed aloud. So what if they were princesses, her tribe didn't obey them, they obeyed nature and ONLY nature. " Princesses? That's sweet aint it. I'm Light Of The West River..." She said giving her full title, the title given at birth from nature its self. A title that shows she will one day be a forest guardian. Much like the merpeople guarded the lakes and rivers, the forest also had secrets to keep. " ...A Forest Imp of the Sequoia Tribe, guardians of the wooded areas." Her usual childish nature disappeared with her words showing how proud she was of her people and the task that they carried out. though this personality shift was short lived, as Light went more or less immediately back into 'ohshinythatlooksfun' mode.... " Well now that Introductions are done, What's this class gonna be like and stuff? We gonna paint? I like drawing, is painting like drawing?" TaelFamiliar Oh, here we go...

Upon hearing Light's question, Geo straightened up and cleared his throat some.
"Well, if you would all just find your seats, I shall explain what we will hope to accomplish in this course." he said. And with that, he turned and moved to the front of the class, where his voice would be heard throughout the entire room.

xThorn merely rolled her eyes at the imp. They were pompous, self-righteous little snobs that thought they were Mother Nature's gift to the world. As if. Thorn tossed her hair over her shoulder, holding her tongue in check and marching to the front of the class to take a seat in the front row. She knew Gossamer would scold her if she responded to the useless imp. Placing her chin on her hands, she batted her eyelashes at the professor and waited for him to speak.

xGossamer watched her sister stalk past her, and knew she was peeved about the little imp. However, she could also tell from the imp's face and body language that she wasn't going to let Thorn bully her. Good for the imp... Light, was it? Still, there was a prejudice Gossa could see behind the imp's lively stature. Magical creatures often clashed, especially royal creatures with titles. Gossa just looked away without comment, not wanting to draw the attention of the tenacious and overzealous girl. She didn't flaunt her position, unlike Thorn. Pulling out a sketchbook and a pencil case, Gossamer began to sketch while listening for Professor McCloud to begin talking.

Light of the west river Forest Imp HAHA! look at her face! She's so annoyed... A smirk formmed on Lights face as Thorn turned away from her, though she didn't seem to be bothered as much by Gossamer. Floating up to the window seat next to Tael, she perched on the edge of her desk to get a good view of the room " Just 'cause she's royal. Who even decided that there needed to be a hierarchy in the Fae? what's wrong with just listening to nature and going by it's wishes?" She though, or more said privately to Tael. " Who knows. Probably helps to organise things, I much prefer government systems to monarchical ones, like the one we have in the tribe." Tael replied lazily from his upside down position on the windowsill where he was basking in the warmth of the sun. TaelFamiliar You too, she's worked you up as much as you have her...

Geo cleared his throat and spoke in a more authoritative tone, while managing to still keep that warm, welcoming, friendly pitch that he had been using earlier.
"Ladies... welcome to my art class. My name is Professor McCloud, and I will be teaching you." he started. He then paced back and forth slowly, continuing his introductory speech. "Art is something that is very important in this world. It is one of the purest forms of creativity in this world. There will be a little bit of art history taught here, admittedly. But that's not the purpose of this class. In this class, I hope to awaken your latent talents and develop them. If you've already developed skills in one for of art, then I hope you will explore other mediums as well. Here, we will be exploring drawing and sketching with various tools, painting... both water and oil-based, and sculpting with clay." he explained.

xThorn wasn't really listening. She knew Gossa was, and she would fill her in later if anything was said. She could feel the imp watching her, and smirked slightly. The little twit. Sighing, Thorn leaned back in her chair and proceeded to openly gaze at her teacher. He was cute, to be sure... and Thorn began to realize art would probably be her new favorite class, even though she was really no good.

Mitsudo Tenshi "Possibly. I mean, since I'm a magical creature, I am much more sensitive to magic than say a normal human. Maybe with whatever is going on with the barrier is affecting me in some odd way."
He looked into the mug, watching the hot drink swirl. He placed his lips against the mug and took a long drink, a feeling of warmth developing in his belly.
"So, is there anything I can take to get over it? Or should I just rest?" Meimei hmmed lightly. "Now, hun, all I've got is a little calming potion. There's not much for what seems to be happening to you. It won't do much other than exactly what it says, but I think it may make you less susceptible to magic and the like. I haven't tested it for that, though. Now, don't worry, there aren't any unpleasant side-effects if you take it unnecessarily, unless you take too much, but that won't happen because I won't let you." Meimei had stood up at some point, and gone to a cabinet that she was currently rifling through. It was apparent that she was looking for the calming potion, though. She found it quickly, with a little triumphant 'aha!' and came back to Michael. She held a large bottle of some off-white colored liquid, and when she opened the bottle to pour a bit into a little vial, the scent of vanilla and honey wafted throughout the room.

Ever sighed and sat down on the grass near the pen, leaning her back against the wooden posts. She wished she could just stop thinking about Ares. Hell, she'd even go back to before, when she simply had a crush on him but also couldn't stand him. There had been confusion there, but no pain or constant thoughts about him. This was simply awful.
She didn't want to give up, though. She wanted to focus on other things in her life, sure, but she didn't want to just let Ares go. She'd rather have him in her life as a pest, like he had been weeks ago, than nothing at all. The bantering with him had actually been fun. She just missed him.
She didn't even know if Ares knew that she was no longer going on the tour with the Backstreet Boys as a back-up dancer. Maybe he'd be pleased with her, not that he'd show it of course. Actually, he'd probably cuss her out or say how foolish she was for taking so long to decide not to go in the first place.
At that thought, a small, sad smile appeared on her face, turning the corner of her mouth up slightly. At the end of her rope, Evermore telepathically reached out to Ares. She had no idea if he'd listen to her or if he'd even get it. She wasn't really thinking right now. She was just acting on impulse.
I... I miss you, Ares. I'm sitting next to Phobos, can you believe it? He has the kind of attitude you used to have, and I guess I miss it so much that I'm subjecting myself to his torture. Funny thing is, though, he's not that bad today. He's rather calm around me right now, actually.
She sighed softly and continued. I'm not going on tour after all. I can't remember if I told you when we were on Olympus or not. I'm staying here... at school. I'm putting my efforts and thoughts into the upcoming war.

Raigin lay quietly on the grass staring at the sky. His powerful elvin sight cutting through the earths atmosphere to the stars above. He had to look away from the sun or else he would be blinded slightly. It reminded him of his childhood, looking up at the sky with his mother and father.
With a sigh hed rolled over and stood up, his eyes closed for a moment. He began to wonder what every being wonders at one point or another. What happens when we die? where do we go? There are myths and legends and religions but what was real and what was simply that... A myth.
Shaking himself from such depressing thoughts and opened his eyes looking about the grounds. He found it amusing his mother had taught him to control anything he could see. He cou,ld see for great distances very acurately. This made his magic deadly to enemies. Being an elf his magic was more potent then most being able to easily match even the strongest sorcerer/sorceress.
((No idea what to do so imma muse a bit XP))
