riotb0y Oath i did not say i can put out all fires he never described how big the fire was and yes those small details matter a forest forest fire is not created in two second it takes time to develop and to burn the trees down. Yes fire uses oxygen to burn but if there is more oxygen that fire it chokes the fire and puts it out... Oath you got to pay more attention in school I don't know what you're talking about, because I never said you could put out all fires. And that's not the case in Naruto. No matter how strong the wind is, it just makes fire stronger. Sure, wind may be strong enough to extinguish fire in real life, but in Naruto, it has the opposite effect. You're the one that has to pay more attention in school. Since you can't even read one or two sentences correctly. So you're just putting words into my mouth. @Riot: You can't find someone with fire sealing out of nowhere. And the flames can move. So even if you move, it can follow you.

iOath Kenji Korisake Geez Riot is killing the moment by saying he can put out a FOREST FIRE with his stupid tendrills and even then the ANBU would have drowned him, and being of Gennin speed there is no way he could evade it easily like that. If he wants to stop RPing just because of a minor technicality, then I'm going to make a fire that can't get put out.

By saying that, I mean I'm going to kill you by using Amaterasu because the RP was going nowhere. And Fire should beat wind. If they're the same rank, anyways. Usually the jutsu with the higher rank is stronger. I doubt yours was stronger, though.

His thing was not s jutsu it was a alchol prdocued fire there for a normal fire so a strong normal wind should blow it away. Amaratsu this amratsu that what you going to auto hit me with it? they have used that on me so many times i already know how to avoid it easily... and if the wind is weaker than the fire you are right the fire will just become bigger but like i was saying if the wind is strong it blows out the fire... but since this is regular fire and regular wind neither was a jutsu so the jutsu theory of yours would not really affect this situation

Technically this is correct.
Amaterasu beats Katon of any rank.
Practically, E-rank Katon can be blown away by let's say a B-rank Futon. Or, D-rank Katon may be improved by E to D-rank Futon. Wind is weak to Fire. That's how it is.
A B-rank Katon will grow bigger from a B-rank Futon. Amaterasu is unaffected.
Fire produced by alcohol/oil is normal fire if you produce it without using Chakra and thus is weaker than any element produced by a Jutsu. Fire produced by a JUTSU, and then EXPOSED to alcohol/oil is NOT normal Fire, but still, is weaker than Amaterasu.
Fire from a Katon Jutsu, exposed to oil is stronger than fire exposed to Alcohol. This is because OIL IS DENSE. Fire produced by a JUTSU, which is then EXPOSED to OIL/ALCOHOL, and then exposed to a Futon Jutsu of the same rank is practically a suicide waiting to happen...
Amaterasu is not AUTO HIT, nor is any other Ninjutsu, but if by any chance you decide to counter a Katon Jutsu with a Futon Jutsu, then, you're screwed. If by chance you decide to also take on an Ametarasu head on, then, you're screwed as well.
@EDIT: With regards to a normal fire being blown by a strong normal wind... HOW?
Where will you get the wind? Technically, if you blow on a fire, it will grow larger. Fire IS stronger than wind. It is not impossible for a fire to be blown out by a strong wind, but IF the fire is already at LARGE, and has already scattered, then, WIND IS USELESS. Use a fire extinguisher.

To your edit the size was never described and i prodcued like a big fan so there was more wind than fire
