I'm confused, I thought it was said that stat buffs did not increase caps so I thought that while a buff could help you reach the cap it could not exceed the cap placed by your base stat. So an agility of 100 has a max pc of 1200 even with a stat buff and a strength of 100 has a max damage of 2500 even with a buff. So which is it? Some of the fights are confusing me because I see caps being exceeded and I have to assume it's by a stat buff but the rules layout is difficult to follow at times.

Some of the fights are confusing me because I see caps being exceeded and I have to assume it's by a stat buff but the rules layout is difficult to follow at times. pretty sure it says something like stat buff bonuses don't increase the cap nor do they count towards reaching said cap sooo say you have a cap of 1200 for the pc however your buffed stat makes you exceed said cap by 100 making your pc 1300. your pc is 1300 but your cap is still 1200 because the buff doesn't change the cap but it does adjust the pc regardless of the cap. boy that's confusing even me lol ok now basically I think: Stat buff allows you to exceed your pc cap but not alter the cap... or something o 3o;;

Here's the easiest way of looking at it: ------------------------------------ When hitting of defending you use the following equation: Stat(x2) + Accuracy + Buffs
Each one of these sections is limited by a separate rule:
-Stat(x2) can be increased by x2 (ie you can add you're stat again which the new total is then multiplied by two, this is the limit to stat buffs). Note this DOES NOT increase the maximum of your the other parts that factor in, they instead all factor in off your base stat. -Accuracy can be increased to x5 your base stat. -Buffs can be increased to x5 your base stat. Note you can have 1 Jutsu Buff and 1 Item buff, however the TOTAL you can benefit from both added together is still statx5 (this just lets you use lower level items and lower level jutsu instead of one stupidly high level jutsu or item).
------------------------------------ Example So, assuming you had 100 in a stat, your "optimal" situation would be:
Stat: 100 +1 Stat Buff: +100 +Accuracy: +500 +Jutsu/Item Buff: +500
200(x2) + 500 + 500 = 1,400 Max PC for someone with a 100 in an accuracy stat.

Maybe have a defensive tech at the ready. That and you did take the 7k just have to adjust it according to your toughness and jazz

Nah, not even going to worry about it,
This fight has gotten drawn out to the point of me not wanting to wait for everyone to post.
I'd much rather continue in the normal Rp so I can post anytime I'd like.
Also while I forfeit I also get to create a level 50 defense and increase my stats to the proper levels that interest me.

Cause before I thought you would get two buffs, 1 from jutsu and 1 from items... If this is not the case, I don't see a reason for me to invest to much into jutsu anymore now that I'm a rich b***h.
