I thought it be in the area where it is the bikini bottom, I never see the breast area being used much, but it doesn't matter it all coems down as to where one wants it. *nods*

@Kris: Well it's not like girls go around showing me the tattoo's they have on their breasts...
Besides I don't really see it being used much, yes I have seen tattoo's there but not quite often. Still I know that women do use that area for tattoo's if they want to. 3nodding
