I'm so bored. . . . .argh!! We need more members that actually RP around here, and some that are involved in smaller storylines rather than big massive, "I HAVE MORE POWER THAN YOU! SO DIE!!!" storylines.

I doubt that will happen though.

um... if you hadn't noticed, he is just sitting in the garden's making something.

My problem is finding time to post... because the next few days will be bad... 3 exams on tues and wed.

More storylines = more disorder. Rookies have more things to choose from, and they'll be hesitant to stick to one, and those storylines that don't have people contributing will rarely progress.

Besides, adding more plots does not make them more accessible than others. It just means there are more possible things to access, but the guild is divided and less progress is made.

However, let's say that you're a new member, you've just been accepted into BC. I would say that a new member would be rather hesitant to involve themselves in a major battle, especially when they have no reason to.

Sure, they can access people outside of your barriar that you have created, but they cannot access Mastema, therefore there is no reason to involve themselve in a battle with someone they have never met. Sure, there's Xol and others, but will new members be taken seriously by older members of the guild.

Let's say that the new member has RP'd in various other online RPs and is very good. They want to introduce a character that is very powerful, however, such a character has been rarely taken seriously. There has also been little progression within larger storylines, due to the fact that members who are key to that storyline rarely have time to post.

Close down unused threads, whats stopping you? You want more order and more progression? Well, what your doing seems to be working just great :l . . .I see no reason for other various threads that would be more public, guild established threads, like the forest, the dojo, or the garden.

All I'm saying, is that if I were a new member, I would be overwhelmed with the current large storylines. If I were a leader I would be cutting all unused threads, and building more accessible threads.

However, I am no such leader, I clearly understand that, but I can voice my opinion on the matter.
