Lyori sighed and nodded some. "A-Alright.... I guess I can try it.... But if I don't like it, can I come home?" she asked, smoothing out her hair some. All this was making her nervous as well. What if she didn't make any friends?

Her mother sighed and pet her daughter's hair. "We'll talk about it. Just go to school with your father and give it some time, sweetheart."

Lyori nodded some and hugged her mother goodbye, grabbing her suitcase. She then headed outside to meet her father, who changed into his human form when she exited their home. Fester wrapped his arm around his daughter's shoulder and used his dark magic to teleport them to the front door of the castle Fester had come to hate. But he had no choice. The gold dragon knocked on the door, waiting for an answer.

Kaya was walking through the front with Kaitani, having wanted to see her surrogate son after her rearrival, when the door was knocked on. Neither were familiar with Fester, so it was almost convenient that they were the ones to open the door.
Kaya grinned, opening the door open wide. "Hi! You must be a new student, welcome!" Meanwhile, Kaitani was standing there, staring at the pretty girl with the black and gold hair. He shook his head and held his hand out, offering to take her bags.

Fester thanked the cheetah that let them in as Lyori handed off her bags to Kaitani. The girl studied the ice dragon, thinking he was rather cute. Fester watched the two for a moment before turning back to Kaya. "Miss, could you inform Jethro I have arrived? I should speak with him promptly."

Kaya nodded, heading off to go get the old wizard. Who was there immediately with fire in his eyes. "I'm sorry, but what do you dare think of doing here? Fester, you have brainwashed my brother and my student, stolen children from my nephews, and you still have the audacity to..." he caught sight of the girl beside him then. "Enroll a student here..."

Fester coughed a little to get Jethro's attention back to him. "Yes, I have done quite sinister things to you and this school, but I don't like this either. Your school is the best and the only one close enough for my powers to reach who takes non-humans. I would hope you would take my daughter and that none of my bad history will rub off on her experience here. She needs to learn how to protect herself against the outside world. And I know this is the perfect place to take her. So will you accept my daughter?"

"I don't think that choice is up to me," he said, crossing his arms. He was summoning Demetri, and soon, the other brother appeared, an already unhappy expression on her face. "What the hell is this about?"
"You two do realize how offensive that probably is," Kaitani spoke up from outside the group. The two wizards turned on him. "Just saying. It probably sucks to be referred to like a piece of trash."
"Alright," Jethrow said, turning back to Fester. "But if she gets out of hand you're taking her back and leaving us alone."

Fester nodded some, letting her daughter go with the staff to get her settled in for the term. Fester then bowed to the wizards. "I understand. I will only come to take her home for the vacations and bring her back. Other than that, count me gone. the dragon rose back to his full height and headed back to the door, but he pause. "I should warn you, she's rather stubborn. Do try to treat her with care. She still doesn't quite have a grasp on her powers yet." with that the golden dragon teleported back to his stone home, and back to his wife.
Lyori went with the maids, wondering what the three men were talking about after she left. But all that promptly left her head as she came into her room. It was a large room with a very large window and perfect view of the mountains. She closed her door and sat down on the large bed that had appeared for her room. It was so soft, but had large furs over it. Just like her bed back home. And even her pet lizard was there! Her father must have moved it for her! The little gecko stared at the happy dragon, the pet licking one of its eyeballs as she smiled at it.

Kaitani followed Lyori and the maid quietly, still carrying the girl's bag. He was still at the end of the hallway when she shut her door and he walked tentatively to her door, knocking on it and setting her bag down in front of the door before going around the corner. It was skittish and childish, but he really just didn't want to get into an awkward conversation at the moment with the pretty dragon who'd just gotten there.

Lyori looked up when she heard a knock on her door. She set the gecko on her shoulder as she opened her door, only to find her bag there. She glanced around, wondering where the dragon was who she had given it to. She shrugged a little, not seeing him, and picked up her bag, taking it into ehr room and closing the door again.

Kaitani turned and sighed to himself, sitting down on the ground and leaning his head back against the wall. Damn she's cute, he thought to himself, before pushing himself up and heading out to find Kaya again.
Kaya had gone to see her husband, and she found him, smiling and kissing the top of his head as greeting.

Luke had been at his desk, sleeping. When he felt her touch his back, he jumped slightly, but smiled when she kissed his head. He mumbled something sleepily and leaned against her, wrapping his arms around her.
Lyori soon left her room, having put her gecko back in its cage, her leaving for the dining room. She got something small, eating it quickly, before heading out to the library. She began to look through the vast books. All so very interesting. But she was looking for something important. Her father had always told her of a small nymph dragon. Creatures too small to regularly get human forms, but they were a wizard's best friend. They were capable of sending messages with their fire. It was said if they burned a note someone had written, it would go to the intended receiver. Magically. Besides, they were adorable!

"Love, you've been working so hard. Why don't you take a nice long nap and rest up."
Kaitani decided not to intrude on Luke and Kaya's moment, so he headed upstairs, wandering around. He noticed, then, that one of the library doors was open, which he found odd. Pushing open the door, he raised his eyebrows to see the new girl, the new dragon, walking around looking at books. I wonder what she's looking for...

Luke smiled and got up, still holding Kaya in his arms. "I think I will. You can join me if you want." he said, kissing her forehead.
Lyori continued to look until she put the book she had back and stomped her foot angrily. "Oooh! They don't have anything!" she muttered madly, tapping her foot. She knew the little creatures were rare, but information shouldn't be this scarce!
