"The good news is that I'm here to make sure you keep your nose clean," she said. Maria rested her head on her mother's shoulder, falling asleep like her brother. It had been a long day for her. Kaya smiled some and lifted the girl into her arms. "Let's put these two to bed, shall we?"

Luke smiled and nodded some, looking to his own son, still sound asleep, cuddled up next to his father. The young prince stirred softly, mumbling a little in his sleep. "But I don't wanna hug the peacock...." The wolf king only laughed softly, as not to wake either of them.

When they got to Kuro's room, and the little prince was all tucked in, Kaya smiled and tucked Maria in with him. "Family should stick together," she said, as the older twin put an arm around her sleeping brother, still asleep herself.
Kaya led Luke out of the room, and wrapped her arms around his neck. "You owe me, Mister. I haven't gotten to raise a kid, yet, and I've had two."

Luke smiled and closed the door to the kids' room behind them before Kaya got him in her arms. Luke kissed her forehead and wrapped his arms around her, stroking her dark curls lovingly. "And how can this old wolf ever make it up to you, my dear desert queen?"

"Well, I'm not sure," Kaya said teasingly, taking Luke's hands in hers and walking backwards, leading him towards the bedroom she remembered. Sure enough, it was still Luke's bedroom, and she leaned against the door, smiling at her husband. She was so glad to see him again.

Luke smiled and followed her to his bedroom door. As she leaned on the door, he wrapped one arm around her waist, nuzzling her hair softly. He then kissed her sweetly, opening the door and taking her into his room.

[OOC:] And we'll leave them to that... Otosan handed his wife a cup of tea and put a hand on her shoulder. "So did everything go alright? Is Kaya back? How's Maria?"

Kisame smiled and took the tea, nestling up to her husband. "Kaya is back safe and sound. I haven't heard any updates on Maria yet. No doubt she is happy and getting settled in."
In a stone cottage a bit away from Mesilici, there was a family establishing itself in this world. One Fester had used his magic to create this house for his wife and daughter. Yes. He had gotten a family. Though he had at first kidnapped his wife, he fell in love with her. He had even let the spell that kept her rather complacent wear off just so he could court her properly. The gold dragon was just coming out the door, breathing in the air. He then sighed. "Dear, is our daughter ready? I don't like as much as she does." Sadly, even though he hated the school, Mesilici was the best school for education. And the only one close by that would accept non-human students.

The iridescent green dragon basking in the sunlight from the window looked up as her husband spoke with her and she smiled slightly. "I'll go check, shall I?" she said, walking around to the back of the cottage and calling out for her daughter.

Fester waited, curling up in the sun as his love went to check on their offspring.
Said daughter was sitting in a stool, brushing out her black hair, tipped with gold. Hair purely from her father. She soon put the brush down and sighed, glancing out the window. She didn't want to go to school. She wanted to stay here and lay in the sun and be by herself.

"Sweetheart? It's time for school!" The green dragon transformed into a human form as she entered the room, smoothing her green dress and tucking strands of dark blond hair behind her ears. Their daughter had gotten everything she had from her father, except perhaps her personality.

The girl looked up to see her mother come into her room. "Mama... I don't want to go to this school... What's so special about it anyways?" she said, crossing her arms stubbornly. Though she was the daughter of two powerful dragons and veritable royalty, she was still a young dragon with a lot of fight against authority. And thus her name: Lyrori. A draconic word for the fight in one's heart.

The dragon sighed and put an arm around her daughter's shoulders. "Lyori, honey, you know that we love you and only want what's best for you. This school is the best education you can get, and there are going to be other children there with powers and they'll understand you!"

Lyori cuddled up to her mother, sighing heavily. "B-But I don't want to be away from you and Papa. I don't think they'll like me!" she said, looking up at her mother. Why did she have to go? They most likely knew of her father. And that wouldn't help her situation.
