elvisnake That'd be so cool, a massive Guild DnD session... Wouldnt work. Its hard enough getting us all to post in a Gaia Rp. Imagine getting us all together on IM to play.

elvisnake Is it just me, or are Wizards pathetically lame when compared to sorcerers? Hahaha, high levels are when Wizards and Clerics are the true force in a group. Scorerers are good at lower levels.

I still say the lower number of spells per day, coupled with the necesity to prepare spells makes Wizards intrinsically inferior. I can't imagine a situation where I'd rather be a wizard, but then again, I've only made it as far as eighth level...

Wizards have greater flexibility than Sorcerers. As long as they've got it written in their spellbook, they can cast almost anything. They can slot out their spells for mission objectives. Facing trolls? load up on Fire Spells. Fire Dragon in your face? Load up on Ice spells. And thats not even half of it.Wizards get bonus feats, allowing them to learn vital item crafting abilities or metamagic feats.

You win. That outfit is beyond anything I'd ever come up with. Any attempts to do so would now just be treading on old ground.

Wow, I feel an odd sense of accomplishment now that I've beaten Cale on his own ground.
