A sickening laugh came from Dante. "Go ahead and try... Shut up! I don't care what the situation is! Don't do that!" Dante shook his head hard. "Wait, at least! I hate it when you rush into things." He backed away from everyone, and put his hands on his book as it hovered in front of him. "First seal! Break level one!" Black marks appeared across Dante's body. "Second seal! Break level two!" His eyes glowed red as wings tore from his back, his nails turning to claws. "Enough, enough. This is a weakling. I can handle him... Rest, little weaklings. I can handle this."
"There!" Keshoto summoned a half-decayed corpse with wings to the sky, blood flowing from its mouth and wounds. "The vampiric god! Bloshirunkei!"

Dante's gaze turned on Inu. "You don't recognize me, do you little boy? I'm older than you, after all." He whispered. "I am the demon that haunts your nightmares. I am the one that makes children quake in fear while their demon parents leave them to be... I am the demon even Koenma was afraid to kill!"
"So what? Powerful demon sorcerer or not, I'm a GOD!" Inu charged, creating orbs to counter his opponent's massive magical attacks.

The two attacked eachother, destroying part of the building as they faught. Inu showed no signs of getting hurt after a good amount of time, but Dante's body wasn't as lucky.
"Stupid boy... Stong magic... No body..."
"Giving up?"
"For the time being. If my vassle dies, I must wait again... I'll let the vampiric god finish you." Dante glowed, turning back to normal and fainting backwords.

Rose stood outside the doorway, shaking.
"I, I can't go in there, I can't. I can't see him..."
She trailed off, fresh tears forming in her eyes as her body shook a little.
Angel looked down at her and frowned, reaching out to touch her shoulder but stopped when she flinched.

Kurama looked at his siter, wanting to try to comfort her, but also knowing it wouldn't work. The best thing they could do would be get rid of Inu.

"I think I'll wait out here."
She said softly, trying deseprately to wipe the tears from her eyes and to prevent new ones from forming.
Angel let out a small sigh.
"Rose....do you want me to take you back to spirit world so you can go home?"
She shook her head quickly
"No, I need to see him die, know he's dead."
Angel looked over at Yoko, un-sure of what to do. He mouthed his thoughts to him.
"She shouldn't stay here, she'll only get when she hears his voice or happens to see him."
