We usually have contests so that there is isn't an influx of people with ridiculous powers and to encourage some people, at the very least, to just have normal ninjas. I can't change policy, I can moderate fights, approve things, make announcements, and create mini arcs. He can make a post in the main forum to see if he gets enough support for it. But here's the thing. Theres not enough people to fill up the bloodlines we have. there are 4 or 5 which have never had a single member. So the idea of adding more that might not get used is not one Dark is high on. oooh then just give me the bloodline that doesn't have on and i will join i will join something that i don't know i want to be clan head so i will be specail and be only one of the bloodline too Elvis, check the bloodline section. I know Ranmaru eyes only ever had one person and she basically quit after she created her RPC.

Right man? Yes im a big part, you have to ask? I became VC and then got demoted to member because i thought about leaving and then two weeks later i get the demoting when i was about to post again.....eris was annoying. but yes of course, im one of the oldest members and known for my skill with sharingan (even thought i hardly use it) JMAN: ....i thought you were older....dang i dont feel to young then.

Me? Dude, this is where I come to relax. When I rp, I can be serious enough.. but until then, I relax. Isn't that what these are about?
