Ghost was a little confused at first, but she smiled a little. "Now that I can do," she said, her eye being caught by Kaya's spirit right behind Luke. "I'll just need to get Anya."

Luke smiled softly and nodded some. "I shall fetch her at once." The wolf shifted forms and quickly dashed off to Anya's room. Once there, he began to claw at the door and bark excitedly, wanting her.

Searan was the one who answered the door, utterly surprised to see a wolf clawing at the door. "Um, Anya? Yeah, I think this is for you," he called. The faerie appeared, raising her eyebrows at Luke, before willingly following him.

Luke took Anya to Ghost and barked happily. He was going to get his love back! Then everything would be okay! All thoughts of Maria disappeared from his head when Kaya's return was at hand. All would be well.

Ghost and Anya quickly prepared all the necessary elements to the ceremony they were about to do, and then ushered Kaya's soul into the center of the circle.
It was after some chanting, some candles flickering, and a big flash of light that Kaya stood in the center of the circle, looking dazed and confused. "L..Luke?" she asked.
Meanwhile, Maria had made it as far into the woods of the grounds of the castle as she could before sitting on a fallen tree and crying to herself. Obviously, her 'father' had only pretended to care about her to get his wife back. He never really cared about her.

Luke barked and ran up to Kaya, jumping into her arms. In midair he turned into his puppy form, and when he landed, he began to lick her face happily, yipping cutely and nuzzling up close to her.

Kaya laughed and held the puppy close to her, glad to see her love again. She didn't remember much from being dead, but she didn't particularly mind.
Then, Ghost asked: "So, we have Kaya. What about Maria?"
"Who's Maria?"

Luke glanced to Ghost and sighed, returning to human form. Kaya's arms were around him, as his were wrapped around her, keeping his love close. "Maria... was our daughter, stolen from us by a soul-stealer pretending to be a shaman when you were pregnant. And she turned Maria into a soul=stealer herself... And now she probably hates me because she thinks I killed her 'mother.'" the old wolf just sighed exasperatedly. Such drama...

Kaya raised an eyebrow at her husband and pursed her lips. "You sound very nonchalant about our daughter hating you."

Luke rubbed his head some. "This has been going on for a while...." he mumbled, sighing again. He really didn't want to go try and talk ton the soul-stealer, but... she was his daughter... He had to.

"So you've made it a habit to anger our daughter so severely that she hates you? I don't know which part of that concerns me more, quite honestly. What about our son? I seem to remember another child," she said, biting her lip and tracing Luke's cheek.

Luke kissed Kaya's hand and smiled as said son quickly grappled onto his mother, crying and sobbing. Luke looked down at the young prince and smiled softly, patting his head softly.

A few years of her own fell down her face as Kaya wrapped her arm around her son, kissing his head. "I was so worried about you, after I saw your sister disappear," she said to him quietly.

Kuro sniffled as he found himself in his mother's arms. For the first time ever. The boy continued to cry and sob, clutching his mother tightly. "I-I missed you mama!!"

Kaya held her son and looked back up at Luke, leaning in and kissing him. "Thank you for taking care of him. I would die if I knew that both my children weren't here. Now.... Can we go find Maria?"
